- Spine stays long. - Loooong line from head to knees (no bend in your hips) - You will feel this in your hamstrings - When you can't hold it any longer, fall into the push up position. - Use your hamstrings to pull you back up (NOT your back)... Brace your core. Keep your abs TIGHT the entire time!

SU Lifting Pull Ups with Rotational MB Slam
I had it yesterday
I did 16.8 at 12 years old I’m a bball player 2nd place did 15.9
Hello . Can I have a little clarification? How does the time for which they run the distance and the rest change... In what time should they run at 9: 1, or 11: 1 or 13: 1 what do the numbers 9;1 , 11:1 mean ... what is the basic concept of the test and how the run and rest times change ?
Details are shown here: www.5-a-side.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/03/Yo-yo-intermittent-recovery-test-levels.jpg
How do you know when to run? I hear so many beeps
This is the perfect audio i needed.

Ahahahah ma che cazzo
Girl in black was out at like 13????
i got 17.4 and im 13 :/
Great result. Keep practicing and you'll hit 18.2 in no time. That's the pass rate for FIFA refs.
I actually Got 17.8 and i’m 13 too pretty Proud of it
Bet at least two of those girls has underlying heart conditions.
I’m really nervous cause I have a yo-yo test tomorrow
@Sierra Clark died
@@frostbitepokin9520 bruh
I also
Same here
Had one today! Im 14 and got 17,3 pretty happy
sound?
I did 14.6 lol
How old u? I did 16.8 at 12
how do they know how fast they should run before they hear the beep at the end of each round?
Simon Rochester you wing it
U have 7 seconds to make it to one side and 7 seconds to make back so 14 all together
This is pretty poor from this team. Standard pass rates for soccer teams in the UK is level 18.2
For men...
@@annalisamccann3650 don't women want equality?
gazzamac06 yes, this is not great for university considering one should’ve been out at 13 but men’s fitness testing is completely different to women’s scores, if you look at the table of norms it is elite is 20.1 for men (2400m) and elite for women is 17.5 (1600m) for adults. The average pass rate for men is 15.7-17.2 which is 1040-1480m whilst for women the average score is 14.6-15.5 (680-960) because men have testosterone and different body shapes so they tend to be stronger and run faster. That’s why an elite men’s 22 year old athlete will run faster than a elite women’s 22 year old athlete.
@@annalisamccann3650 I entirely agree. The 17 level is a good level, especially when you consider the different biomechanical make up of males and females. I was more making a wider point about how the differences in sexes has a huge impact on football much more so than a lot of other sports. I as an amateur football player (public park, beers after the game type level) and all my team mates can easily hit the 18/19s without too much effort i.e. we're not at the point of collapse when we drop out. I am quite confident our team who train once per week for 2 hours and then have a match on Saturday would easily beat the USWNT. Now if you take the same level of male competitor in tennis for example and put him in against Serena Williams at her peak, I'm quite sure Serena Williams will probably win the match without dropping a game.
@@gazzamac06 😂 dude said his park team would beat USWNT.
Wow
Nice way to test fitness.
Why run this test? When should you run this test? I heard it referred to as the Yo Yo Recovery Test but I never understood why. Thanks 😬
It's called yoyo because it's designed for your heart rate to go up and down like a yoyo. Work and recover
how to I know what is my current speed =.=
What a great test!!! My athletes love it :P hahahah
Congratulations girls....appreciate how well u performed..... I wonder how Ambati Rayudu failed to do it😂
there is nothing to laugh .u asshole

Julia T it's called the Yoyo test it's different from the pacer test
Where is the one that starts at level 1?
I'm 13 and I got 21
Baldeep_Legend you've done the non athlete version mate. You see how fast those girls were sprinting at 16? The easy version is still a jog then
I'm 14 and I got 18.3
I got 20.6
World record is 19.2 🤮😂😒
@@honeycomb9156 yoyo wr is 21
