Last November, I spent two very wintery days in Copenhagen, one of my favorite cities. On the first night, I walked through snowy streets, explored Christmas markets, and saw Nyhavn all lit up for the holidays. Day two started with coffee and a pastry, followed by a stroll around Rosenborg Castle and the city center (of course, I couldn’t skip Hay House).
