Great video! How were you able to determine the temp sensor resistance scale? Isnt it possible for it to vary by application? Does the thermistor type, B value, etc., matter, or are the ECMs pretty foregiving? Looking to get one of these for my 2012 Allegro Bus but don't want to see DEF Temp error codes :)

Thanks Jeff, seems pretty easy. Just gotta do it. Are the filter elements pretty much the same or do we need details from our unit? Any links to sourcing the filter?
Not a problem Ed. UF101 Will work for all cummins enignes from 2010 to 2016. Fleetgaurd is Cummins owned and you could buy from any local dealers . I had a look online lots of options and prices.

Not sure if I already asked this question. Getting ready to change out the filter. Do you need to drain the DEF tank to remove the filter to prevent getting “rained” on? Should the DEF be replaced if the refractometer values are in spec?
No need to drain the tank. when removing the filter there is a small amount that will come out normal and not a issue. If the def is 32.5 your fine .

I just did close to the same on a school bus as cummins parts are 6 months out.
What is the value on the Potentiometer on the original analog style?
This will allow for resistance change as some sensors ohms are different.

Why not change the OHM's of the POT so you don't have to be so careful ? Just asking a question.
I want Variable since other setups like 24volt or resistance changes from say international to KW. It allows a large array of installations. Thanks
