E33 Deifying Death
It’s odd thing that we do when we deify the people who defy our God. In this episode, we explore how we subtly turn into gods the people who glorify the very thing that defy our God. Make sure to subscribe to this channel for more engaging content!

To be rock-ribbed consistent: avoid celebrity magazines which makes devotees rethink their nominal lives in comparision to the rich and famous; avoid sports that make it a point to be conducted on a Sunday; avoid restaurants on a Sunday, where one may very well be served by a Christian who'd rather be in church. Just spit wadding...

    1) Abortion IS the Rorschach test. One's platform is in useless default when it also includes manifest murder. When they promote it, in any way, shape or matter, it overrides any other belief, to where their very words of anything aren't worth the breath they're spoken with. 2) They are examples of the noetic effect brought on by the Fall. They cannot discern between good and evil, manifested by their murderous disrespect of even nascent human life, and therefore do not respect you. Why would they? 3) Psalm 1:1 would be any believer's undercurrent. One just doesn't suffer fools. 4) It's a rare occasion when people hate you because of you. But sacred scripture says that the world hates the believer because of first hating Jesus. Even Jesus deflected the accusations of Him being an agent of the devil. 5) BTW....Jesus was the consummate politician, in that He WAS promoting His eternal government. 6) True...we aren't voting in pastors, but Romans 13 would be any politician's foundation. Ultimately, God installs any and all authorities....but we still have that blessed hope, when our "president" comes ultimately into the fore!

New subscriber, here! This is exactly what I needed to hear and something I've personally been struggling with. Thank you so much for posting this video! I've been feeling quite down lately as a result of self-esteem but I've been focusing on feeling good to the point where it overpowers my self-control. But I'll focus on being a good person and character instead of feeling good. I'll be watching more of your videos. I've even sent this video to my mom so she can understand more of what I've been going through

Political ideologies may very well be deleterious and detrimental...and it's true that we must vote according to one's values. But there must be a promotion of the excision of values from the polity, that is, to separate he conservative and liberal values from their associated political platforms. Unfortunately, there isn’t a dime’s worth of difference between the Republicans and the Democrats…but guaran-dam-teed there aren’t any conservatives in the Democrat mob, so a conservative must throw up his hands and vote Republican. The Rorschach test is a projective psychological test in which subjects' perceptions of inkblots are recorded and then analyzed using psychological interpretation, complex algorithms, or both….and the ultimate “values” ink blot test is abortion. If one holds that whatever is in the womb (according to an abortionist’s purview, who are by and large not only Democrat but liberal), must be destroyed, then one could conclude that the mindset of this particular person is woefully values skew, which makes any other values he (or she, in this case) holds absolutely to no avail, and worthless by default.

Just reminds me of the good ole days of my perambulations, my veritable peripatetic pedagogery of the "hallowed" halls of Torres, and the daily multiple entreatments, the veritable cajoling of its white gowned denizens whenever it was gleefully called upon: “GET OUT'EM”. In “slam” it was required, one of many security precautions, to strip several times a day. That was part of prison life. Now, hopefully, those of that former ilk have committed that experience to the flames of forgettable history. The grey outfitted authorities demanded it, but, by analogy, who is going to demand the “GET OUT’EM” when it comes to the renewing of the ex-inmate’s mind? Newly minted “yardbirds” need, nee require, a no-nonsense, twist-the-arm mentor... just to navigate this literal “brave new world”! One must hit the ground running. Beloved reader…seek that mentor where he may be found!

Satan and his minions also pose as angels of light. This is taken from "The Aquila Report: Why The “He Gets Us” Super Bowl Commercial Fumbled": There is a wide-sweeping epidemic of biblical illiteracy, and the people behind ad campaigns like ‘He Gets Us’ intentionally play at this ignorance. This is not a new phenomenon, when we consider how Christians have been portrayed in popular cinema for the past several decades. The popular portrayal is anything but a genuine Christian who actually seeks to live in submission to God’s Word. Rather, they are often portrayed as bigoted, backwoods idiots who can’t string a few coherent sentences together-and they’re massively hypocritical to boot." If (since) playing on the ignorance of others is evil, then the producers of these commercials aren't sick, as if they need a psychiatrist...there are themselves evil. Also, from G3 Ministries, by Josh Buice, "How 'He Gets us' Fails to Get Jesus."

In a much grander scale...even God respects boundaries, when He told Moses not to take that short cut through Edom. To blow up that old "husband comforting" saying, "Happy wife; happy life." Genesis 3 implies that the wife has her own boundary, and to keep her happy all the time makes the leadership of the husband to no avail. Not to pull the logical fallacy of "appealing to authority (I've been married 40 years...so I gotta be right!)...if a husband cannot stand UP to his wife on occasion (exerting his own boundaries when needed), then he will never stand BEHIND her.

So…the plight of the soon-to-be ex-felon is to somehow assimilate back into society, a society now, after so many years of non-involvement, is the practical “brave new world”, a world fraught with trails and tribulations unimagined just a few years ago. “The renewing of (the) mind” is always in the offing when one has the personal referendum, initiative and motivation to read and study the Bible. But, in my experience, whenever I endeavored to study certain disciplines, I had to dive into, as it were, the “unlearning of the mind”, to make to no avail preconceived, even antiquated notions as to what a particular thing may be. High school, for example, back in the day didn’t offer up personal, practical economics. The only classes that any semblance of day-to-day living were Home Economics and Health (how to boil water or stay away from the STDs [the dreaded “fungus among us”]), but no classes as to how to be wise with one’s future earning. I’ve heard that high school now have classes in personal finances. There are half-way houses for ex-felons…why not in-house, absolute hard core “half-way houses” in the instructions of the nuts and bolts assimilation back into society? When the train conductor says, “San Antonio!”, does a rider blithely step off the train at 40 mph? No. As the train slows (analogous to a years long sentence coming to an end), he gets is things together (the learning of the practical aspects of this brave new world), before he disembarks. Just a thought…
