@@shinos9096 oh I thought u were referring to using only offensive gadgets Your new suggestion sounds very similar to a stalling challenge, which I'm not sure if that's possible with despawns no longer counting as a kill since last year. Unless you allow the use of weapons or some other form of damage for kill waves?

@@niterifler maybe the Ability dmg bonus can help a lot to reduce the time

@@Fist0975 survivor bonuses other than trap durability only add 5 points to your fort stats for the type they are buffing in. (+5 tech for ability damage as an example) Which wouldn't help much at all as they would only increase my base damage by a very small amount, and my hero ability modifier stat is already low at around under 500% from using low lvl heroes. Although this is supposed to be more of a challenge run, not a speedrun, to see if its possible. Thank you for the suggestion.

Did u make sure to not build out past the outer 1 tile of amplifier edges for amp design? to prevent the ufo from targeting part of the amplifier

Yeah its exactly the same, the underground freezes line up with the above grounds. It just makes no sense why it's striking so close to the amp

@niterifler I finally figured it out. There's a strange bug. If you destroy a build to make something float by the amp. The ufo will still detect the broken connection as still there. So when I made my underground freezes float, I did it from a piece of land next to the amp. And that just so happened to be around the spot the ufo would constantly beam. So the more you know
