Yeah life is spiritual and thats why is best to start a day with a prayer and pray before the sunrise. It has been my routine when I wake up around 4am-5:30am first thing I pray and then make some workout for like 30min coz my room is a gym 😊😊. I bought two 7.5kg each dumbbells, roller, tummy trimmer spring etc and still going to buy other gym stuffs pole pole so as my room ikuwe full power house 😊😊😊. Yani you feel mentally, spiritually and physically good. Finally that's what have been doing for like 5 yrs while studying Bsc Civil Engineering and thank God next week am doing my final paper!!!
