    We grow our own food, share with neighbors and have lots of native plants and fruit trees all around to bring in bees and insects to repair the soil. We use Doug Tallamy to know which native plants to get and then we don't need weed killers at all bc the grass is gone!     Sad to hear about Monsanto attacking Zen and others. I've read that the fossil fuel industry hires people to engage in cyberbullying and to use social media to promote climate change denialism. The chemical industry smeared Rachel Carson after she published Silent Spring, but people were persuaded by her work, which helped lead to the creation of the EPA and the Clean Air and Water Acts. After all these years, it seems corporations have learned how to game the system.

    I need to make a very important correction to falsehoods propogated by a huge number of people and doctors talking about bone loss. ESTRADIOL effects the osteoclast blood cells by slowing them down so they dont remove bone as quickly. BUT no amount of estradiol will help build new strong bones. It only slows down bone loss. PROGESTERONE effects the osteoblast cells by making them more numerous and more effective at building new strong bone. PROGESTINS are man made synthetic hormones that unfortunately are strong endocrine hormone dysruptors that block the good effects of progesterone.... because they are not progesterone. Progestins are not effective in many of the body processes that are looking for progesterone. Progestins include MPA and levonogestrel ( main ingredient in birth control pills) IF you give estradiol and maybe MPA or levonogestrel; you condemn 98% of your patients in menopause to get osteopenia and osteoporosis....THIS IS THE SAD STATE OF MANY HRT TREATMENT PROTOCOLS If you want to prevent or reverse bone loss; you need to supplement with PROGESTERONE without the use of Synthetic PROGESTINS. You should also do this in a cyclic manor as there should be times when progesterone is a good baseline value as well as times when you need it high. Same with Estradiol. ( see Wiley HRT protocol)<<< That is if you want a woman with strong bones

    Thank u for making this video. I’m 45 and I have all the symptoms of insulin resistance. I’m 280 lbs and hungry and sluggish all day. My son was diagnosed at age 15 with type 2 diabetes. I didn’t know where it came from and now I know it’s me. I’m fixing to go through a gastric sleeve surgery to hopefully fix some of the damage of overeating has caused. I’m also anemic and I thought it was the vitamins making me hungry but looking back I started feeling bad as I started gaining weight. Protein and veggies for me. I know my body is very insulin resistance. Big changes r coming to our house. So glad y’all talked about how to fix this issue. Thank u again!
