Runtastic Provo Haunted 5K. Heather placed 1st in her age group out of 87 in the female 35-39 in 22:52 on a 3.24 distance course. I placed 1st out of 52 in male 35-39 in 22:31. There were 1,281 people in the 5K.
Bill Dellinger Invitational 2024

Tayson Echohawk finished 14th overall in 23:28.4 with a PR in the 8k at the Bill Dellinger Invitational. Oregon Duck’s finished 2nd as a team.

Run Rabbit Run 100 2024 tortoise division. My first 100 and I made it 53.48 miles on my garmin fenix 7 sapphire solar. What a wild ride and so thankful for this experience and would definitely come back next year to try and complete it. Lot’s of things I would do differently to better my chances of completing such an awesome race/course. A personal PR for me making it over 50 miles. @chasing_ou...

Holy crap did you run a lot slower than your morning time? I told my girlfriend you were right on her heels. Would’ve been cool to say what’s up. Hopefully we see you at another race. We both will be in Vegas running the Revel Mt. Charleston.
@@michaelechohawk I was expecting to be slower on the second race but I actually had a faster time. My next planned event in Vegas is the L'Étape Las Vegas put on by the tour de France. But who knows.

Thank you! The fishing is great from December through the end of February when the water temp gets cold. I’ve had great success using the middle sized yellow with red dots Jake’s lure as well as the gold with red dots Jake’s lure. Also, the all gold 3/16 6g blue fox spinner.
