Track was still soft and muddy from an overnight storm. This is the first time racing the rm in mud. Bike setup is still soft(need to spring the bike for my weight and speed) but did better than I thought. Getting faster the more I ride this bike.

Track tried out for moto 2. Rode better this moto but made a few mistake on the last lap and got passed. Overall just need more time on the bike to get it dialed and learn the best was to ride it.

Moto got red flagged 2 laps in. Had a complete restart and managed to pull a 6 out of 19 riders.

Pulled the holeshot amd led most of the first lap. I thought the outside was going to be faster but was still a little muddy and got sucked it. Was jumping the tube double on Friday practice but didn’t feel comfortable jumping with three track being so rough.

First time racing this bike (98 rm 250) practiced with her on Friday, made some adjustments and then sent her. Fell on the first lap, hit neutral. Time I got her back up and started I was all alone.

Had a fun weekend, but I lost the mental battle. Still felt off mentally. Being last moto of the day didn’t help that. Also got a flat sometime during the moto, probably second lap in. Not going to dwell on my performance. Going to continue putting in the work during the week and focus on the next race.

remember to race from turn to turn
Take the time on practice days and work on your jumps only , to get your confidence . Start with the small ones then work your way up , only when you feel comfortable . looks like you do decent in the turns, do jumps first then move on to your turns.

i respect that the 30C is actually 30C guys and not just a bunch of dudes afraid of 30+
@@ClarkStar866 majority of the guys are true C riders. There is a few that sandbag.

That was such a fun race. I tried catching back up you after you passed me. I’m still cleaning the sand out of my bike.
Battle of "who can case the most jumps". The video doesn't do justice to how loose and rough the conditions were. You picked up the pace after I passed you back. Then the 2nd guy tried to pass you and you said "no way!"

It will be my first trip, and 3rd race ever. After 21 yrs not riding , my primary was trails . But Hopefully you make it out 10/8/23 we will be in the same class

@@amadoreracing590 Field of dreams. Working the vet track to find my rhythm, other then that a buddies property, or where ever i find a event i can make it to. Just kinda jumping out there in the racing scene just need 1 good track day to boost my confidence for the big jumps then im golden.

Started following your channel last year can definitely see that your getting faster. I'm in my upper 50's and have not rode in 15-20 years but you got me thinking about picking up a bike and start riding again maybe even so 50+ class races. keep it up!

Nope D6 combine 25B and 25C into one class. I didn’t realize this until I signed up. I won’t be racing this class anymore.
