Great haul! I’ve read restaurant to another world, great fantasy foodie manga. Even the anime was great. I’m currently reading Cinderella Closet, it’s a cute adult romance and the pacing is just right.

Great video loved your answers as well. I prefer short series seeing that I typically read BL most series I own are single or no more than five volumes. Given and YBC (Yarichin B-Club which is six volumes in Japanese at the moment). I just ordered a few semi-complete series from BOOKOFF which should be here sometime today they were on sale. I also finally ordered the Japanese volumes from Amazon US as well. Most of the semi-complete series were on hiatus and stopped between seven and fifteen volumes. I have BL light novels as well completed the one I owned I was only missing the final volume of the series.

I use an app called Bookshelf to record my collection. I use it to track what I''ve read, going to read and what I'm currently reading. Really easy to add books using their barcodes and good organization tools too. My 2025 goal is to read all of my unread manga and only buy physical copies of series I really like.

I also get distracted easily by noises (even in a cafe) so I got noise cancelling headphones and it's been a game changer for me. I'm looking forward to future videos especially the budgeting one!

There used to be a readathon where you picked one shelf and read as many books on it as possible during the challenge. I always thought that sounded really fun and it sounds kinda like the idea you mentioned at the end.

My reading goals for 2025 is to tackle even more of my TBR backlog so I can be reading as up-to-date with my purchases as possible. I did really well this year with 564 reads so far and hoping to hit as close to 600 reads as possible, and hope to keep my momentum in the new year, splitting my time between my older TBR and new purchases. Other manga-related new years resolution is to sell off as much of my to-sell series as possible and try to cut down on impulse purchases some.
