      ভাই বড় খারাপ অবস্থা চলতাছে দেশ ও দেশের ছাত্রদের । ইঞ্জিনিয়ারিং ও ডাক্তারি পাশ পুলাপানরা তারার নিজস্ব ফিল্ডে না গিয়া জেনারেলিস্ট চাকরি গুলো জয়েন করতাসে কারণ তারাও জানে যে ডাক্তার দের কত চাপ এবং কত ইঞ্জিনিয়ারই বেকার বইয়া রইসে। সরকারি সার্ভিস (Group A/B/C) চাকরি গুলার পরীক্ষায় তারাই বেশি আগ্গাইয়া থাকে কারণ তারার অংক, জেনারেল সাইন্স এগুলি আয়ত্তে থাকে । আর এদিকে আর্টস এর পুলাপান রা এত কম্পিটিশন ফেস করতে না পাইরা ডিপ্রেস হয় & ছোট খাটো সেলস জব জয়েন কইরা লায় । আর এদিকে সরকারের বড় আমলাদের চাকরির মেয়াদ বাড়তেই থাকে, অবসরের পরেও জয়েনিং পায় । ডাক্তার ইঞ্জিনার পাশ পুলাপানরা যে এত কয় This & that motivated me to pursue civil service - আসলে এমন খুব কমই মানসিকতা হয় । কারণ তারা জানে যে ত্রিপুরার মত আমলাতান্ত্রিক সমাজে আমলা/অফিসার ও নেতার কাছের লোক হইয়া থাকলেই আসল ক্ষমতা দেখানো যাইব ।
