The lack of a proper makeup foundation is skewing the comparison between the two lights. A strong light will blast right through even the "best" topical makeup, as demonstrated in your video. If you don't use a proper foundation to block the light before it hits the oil in the skin, you're going to get that shine. Very preventable. In this case, you didn't do a fair comparison as both lights had very avoidable shine. As a professional photographer who works with models and makeup artists, I pay attention to the effort a makeup artist makes with applying foundation. If the foundation isn't there, I get another makeup artist. Also, not all foundation makeups are equal so do some research to see what makeup product works best for you. Hint: not necessarily the biggest names at Nordstrom's. Not to be neglected, let me say that the Tay is very pretty and tries to do a good comparison review of the lights. My comments are intended to help her to step up her results in a good way.
