Travel the World with a Pakistani born an Indian.
เข้าร่วมเมื่อ 27 ส.ค. 2010
Born in India in 1964, educated in India, married in 1989 to a Pakistani in Pakistan, moved to Pakistan in 1996 for good and live in Karachi to date. I like traveling and have travelled to many countries around the world. I have retired from active business few years back and now wish to travel and share my experiences about the world.
I am secular minded, my religion is humanity, I am not a ritualistic person but very God fearing and believe in righteous conduct as true religion.
I love to travel, meet people of different cultures, religions and countries but unfortunately have not been able to travel very frequently lately due to financial constraints. Recently most of my visits have been to US to meet my daughter and her family hence could not travel to other places.
I closely watch local politics and Geo politics.
I run a Facebook group for around two decades ‘SAVE PAKISTAN’. Also on X, instagram and Tik Tok. Thanks

Nice video. Good insight into pk living costs. For somebody wanting to migrate to pk what would be minimum monthly expenditure in your view for a family of 2 who own their home and car outside a city area near countryside...and they live a simple life with no unnecessary extravagent expenditure. Would 1.5lakh be sufficent? Thanks.
Yes, good for simple life with no problems extravagant expenses. Recently there is inflation and now we incur expense of 2.25 lac per month which also include some annual expenses like filing returns, some insurance, some appliances maintenance, property taxes etc But this does not include travel expenses, health needs like hospitalization, replacement of some appliances. I hope this info was useful. Let me know if you need anymore information. Thanks for watching!!
@@Shobyw thank you !
@@Shobyw thanks for info. I'm considering migrating to pakistan in future. I'd like to ask some questions to get better insight from someone who currently resides there as there is too much conflicting information online. 1. Is the 2.25lac expense for you based on 2 people or more? 2. Where in pakistan do you reside 3. What made you move to the US 4. What is the average electricity bill with minimal AC use in summer 5. If you have solar panels will this mean no electricity bill 6. Will an income of 2 lakh cover 3 people expenses. Husband wife and child who own their house and car and mainly eat at home and don't do much outing or traveling or fazool kharchi whilst also saving some money for medical costs and savings in general or would they need over 2 lakh. 7. What's a good business idea in pakistan that doesn't involve property or land I know it's a lot of questions hope you don't mind me picking your brains. Thanks in advance.
@@hn1695 I will be glad to reply. Where are you living presently? Expenses in Karachi Pakistan actually depend on which place you live. A person can live on 50,000 and yet be happy. I live in Karachi and only travel to US to meet my daughter. I am permanently based in Karachi. The cost of living I shared was living in an apartment in Clifton where the monthly maintenance cost charged by the building committee is Rs 15,000. Presently Electricity bill can be between 15 to 25,000 with minimal use and above 35,000 if you keep a/c on for longer hours.
@@hn1695 regarding solar panels it depends on if you have net metering and battery. It is not cost effective for a small family with average income.

Thank you. I live in Karachi since 1996. Please watch and like other vlogs.
Awesome vlog love from Pakistan 🙂
I am in Karachi Pakistan from past 25 years!
You faced decriminations in 1996but we faced decriminations in 2022 more thn 10 times compare to 1996, right now more thn 50% muslim youth in India going through mentally illness, depression because of decriminations, just one week ago in Gujarat election Amit Shah said in rally, don't forget what we did in 2002, we can repeat again that we did in 2002, right now 99% national media only target muslim, they spread hate against Muslim,
I can understand. I preemptively left India knowing things would get worse! It’s going to get more worse as the government encourages people to persecute Muslims
After 2014, BJP came into power, riots is common in these day especially in my state up, last years BJP government demolished more thn 15000 Muslim's Home including one of my friend's home, mostly of Muslim businessman suffering heavy loss because of Hindu boycott
I truly understand. You need to hide your identity and faith to live in that country!
Friends I am uploading a new vlog today. Please see it and if you have any questions I will be glad to reply. Thanks for watching
