Three jibes with great trim leading the turn: The key to flying the spinnaker through the jibe is for trim to lead and the turn to follow: ease the sheet to rotate the spinnaker out to windward as you turn the boat through the jibe. And don't hurry with the pole: Wait until the pole unloads (ie the spinnaker is pulling away from the pole, not compressing into it) before releasing the pole. And ...

In this short video a starboard tack boat defends its space against a port tack approach boat. The starboard tacker turns at the port boat to force an early tack and then luffs up to re-create space between the boats before bearing off to accelerate to start.

This drone footage shows hard trim and high pointing with flat sails and very little twist - appropriate in this J80 in light to moderate air and very smooth water. With more chop a deeper more twisted shape and wider angle of attack would be needed.

We're all fast alone. To refine your upwind trim speed test with another boat to work on the nuances of trim and helming. You can also simo-tack on a signal to work on tacking technique.
