My god so many errors. Path is 24 hours, you did not mention any of the towns on the Montclair boonton Branch with one seat rides like Montclair and Bloomfield, and what about the towns with good commuter bus service to Port Authority like Wayne, Pompton lakes, Wanaque Paramus etc

“Quick” access to the city is an exaggeration - in some of the cities you named. I know because I lived in one of them and commuted to NYC. Took me 4+ hours every day and cost me about $125/week to commute to NY from NJ - so I’m not sure what your definition of “quick” actually is

All NJ beaches are dirty and the water is cold. The sand is like dark clay near the water. NO THANKS, I 'll stay in south Florida which blows NJ beaches and life style out of the water. And who in this day and age wants winter.

Although I'm just watching this video. What point does it serve for you to mention basically that Monmouth county is predominantly white?. Unless you are prejudice. You should really be careful how you present things. The funny part about you saying that is your ancestors brung us here. It's sad because you just showed people who you are. You're terrible. Other then color we are all the same.

Newark. Newark. Newark. A great art and music scene. An incredibly diverse demographic. Affordable rents. From my apartment: walk out my door the NJ Transit buses to Penn or Broad St. Station. Path or NJT from Newark Penn to lower Manhattan From Broad St. NJT trains to NY Penn. Total transit time from either place is under an hour. Unless you have a specific need to mow a lawn, avoid the Bergen, Morris and other outlying counties. They are expensive and boring. Local suburban towns are notorious for petty corruption and ill trained police. Newark, Newark, Newark

Love the video, love the effort…. I would edit script though. 1:40 mentioning that a county is predominantly one race, is not necessary. In my opinion, I could argue for and also against mentioning demographics, however omitting that section wouldn’t take anything away from the video and help you stay out of trouble. :) Great video, great effort, and love Monmouth county.

Noticed a bit of inaccuracy regarding the NJ transit. I live in Clementon in south jersey and I drive to Trenton train station which takes about 45 mins, then the train to Penn station takes about an hour and a half. Also, the train runs from about 9am-12am

@@jennacavadas-realtor8650 NJ Transit is literally a Commuter Rail system. In that it doesn't run constantly. Yes there are trains in Rush Hour but trying to get somewhere after 11 can be dicey at best. Then the trains flow out of Penn in the Afternoon rush. Then it gets sparse again after Rush Hour. It's not like regular bus service. Yes It can only come every hour but at least you know it will come. NJT Rail that's a crap shoot after Rush Hour.
