The SN66s are definitely one of GALs best batch of MMCs, I like the way they sound and perform at such high speeds. Heres a short journey on the 35 with a decent driver, filmed between Clapham Junction and Brixton.

Due to a power outage at BN a few months ago, spare hybrids were temporarily reallocated to this route to help cover the shortfall of electrics. HV248 is now WN based, allocated to routes 221 and W3.

277 has quite nice routing especially around the Canary Wharf area, also had a bit of sunset which turned out great. I was also urprised how quick this took us as thought it would take longer. Overall it’s a decent route that I recommend trying out. Note: The visual was filmed on the bus behind Joined by @LTBuses243 and @TransportCentral #fortheloveofbuses #buses

This working definitely surprised me as I remember these E40Ds, especially the LJ09s back when they were still allocated to the 344 until the MMCs took over. It was great finally seeing a diesel appear on the route again after several years. #fortheloveofbuses #buses

I was quite surprised to see the 242 lost to Stagecoach as I was expecting Arriva to keep the route, I’ll definitely miss them operating it. Tomorrow, the route will pass to Stagecoach London operating from Ash Grove (HK) garage temporarily using existing Enviro 400 MMC E40Ds whilst it awaits its new Wright Electroliner EVs. #fortheloveofbuses #buses

I played it at half speed. It's an excellent film of the whole route. I haven't travelled the entire route for a few years so it was interesting to see how shops, buildings etc had changed as of a year ago. It was also fun to watch the pedestrians walking comically like speeded-up Charlie Chaplins on the streets. I enjoyed all of it, thanks.
