Seated Alternating Single Arm Rope Pull Down
Well isn’t that just amazing!
Dumb. You can do pull-ups anywhere. You can attach bands anywhere. Waste of time and money. Next time just build a wooden squat rack.
What are yall trying to do?
We want to show how strong our mounting bracket and pull up bar is by putting a lot of load on it!
@@StackTraxFitness oh gotcha! What kind of mounting bracket is it?
It’s a universal mount- we have different attachments that you can connect to it. They go on your wall- check it out! StackTraxFitness.com
@@StackTraxFitness I’ll check it out! Keep up the good work guys✌🏼
@@ChristopherYong-m2dthanks so much! Appreciate it!
Oh man, this music brings me back to my workout TH-cam Playlist back in 2013!
Haha love it!
That’s pretty sick🔥God Bless yall and ur business success🙏✝️
Thank you so much. Appreciate the support💪🏻
Why do I feel like it will fall
Not sure.. it’s the same installation as an x mount- into the stud, holds 300 pounds. But would love to hear why you feel that way so we can clarify anything!
Terrible song …. And you’re wore crocks
My firewall is blocking your web site as being "high-risk". :-|
Great find. Thanks

"DIY" dude finds a woodpole laying around - aight. Proceeds to attach the most goofy aah mounts with an overpriced pull up bar to attach😂 what kinda joke is this lmao
Do you guys think you can make a dip bar option for the lower mount?
Should've just used the tree.

So the beginning is that you’ve done all the stuff I came here to see.
The mount system should be a whole rail that's mounted to a stud in the wall that way you can adjust to any height desired. Allowing full body weight for pullups and weighted pullups would make this a staple for home gyms.
We actually have a rail (called the Stack). These are our single mounts to have flexibility in where you can put them (indoors and outdoors) check out our whole product like on our shop: StackTraxFitness.com
Clever, similar to the 3 hooks I’ve installed on the wall for bands at the high point, middle, and low… but forgetting the dip bar setup is huge in my mind. If this had both, it could be a winner for at home and in clinical practice.
The dip bar is coming🙃
@@StackTraxFitness Could you release a time frame? I'm actively looking to invest in the right setup for home to see if it can translate to clinical practice.
@@drkylefreeman we have a working prototype. We will release a limited amount late spring. Our set up is mostly used in clinical settings due to the space saving footprint and versatility in use! What kind of practice do you have?
Have you looked at our other attachments too? www.stacktraxfitness.com

Cam I use this for full ups ?
Yes absolutely! It holds up to a 300 pound person.
Lame
how much is that product and how much resistance it can create?
Even earth rotates around the sun in minutes- just many many minutes
Seal the wood, mostly where it’s in the ground but all around shits gonna fall apart in 2 years max
This is how it’s done in the US. Wood, concrete, soil. Stupid AF.
Shut up guarenteed it’ll last decades 😂
“Minutes” 7 hours later
Dude he just meant 420 minutes
Dude he just meant 420 minutes
Can't even use it until at least the next day 😂
He literally put a single post on the ground dude that is so incredibly quick. Then mount a bracket......
@@opdgrow4lifewhere I live, cement doesn’t dry in minutes. Even the quick variants need hours.
which element give you in the root of pillar
And somehow he still has a dad bod?
I want to see you do pull-ups this effortlessly. After that, we can talk about dad bods.
What's the handle you attached called
Ummmm that takes more then just a few minutes
It realy doesnt
“Minutes”. Doesn’t say anything about a few. A year is just minutes.
@@doctordete1690😭
@@Invictus13666 So are we just going to define a year as 525600 minutes?
@@minecrafttryhard9069 if you want. Look, it’s a common thing. People in advertising say “4 weeks!” Because a month sounds like a long time. It’s not lying so who cares?
This is so stupid. That pole will start to wobble after a while, especially using a band and running from it pulling it forward. Want something that works? Build a swing set frame. Those angles keep the top bar still because they respect physics. Those supporting angles work. Plus the pullup bar is so close to the post you can't do a L-sit pullup, front lever, front lever tuck, back lever, etc. Make a square shape where the horizontal bars are at slightly different heights. It will be braced fairly well (though not nearly as well as angled supports) and give you options. Basically gymnastic rings are the answer. all you need is a braced horizontal bar. You can use wood inserts if you have wood ceiling beams. This allows you to change things around without removing the inserts, unlike bolts which give you no options once they're in. Wood inserts are the bomb. Just do it carefully and bolt it flush to the ceiling. You do NOT want angled stress giving the movement more leverage on that thread. Hope that makes sense.
Thanks for the feedback, but you could have said all of that without starting with “this is so stupid”. We apologize you had to take the time to provide a better option, wonder if there are better things you could do with your time besides crap on fitness products👍
You had me until i saw the prices and almost "pooped" my pants.
Curious as to which products you were looking at that make you “poop” your pants🤣

@@deltafour1212 appreciate the feedback! Our products are made in the US with high quality material for durability. The cost also includes shipping. We offer a 10% off code for first time purchases🙃
Dieser behinderte Sound dazu 😂
It would have been easier to buy a door frame pull up bar. Cheaper too. Or one the drills into the wall. And the resistance band can be tied to anything. Tie it to a lawn mower and you got enough resistance to actually pull on it
This is definitely more sturdy than one of those door frame bars tho
How would you mount a door frame pull up outside 🤔
Doorway bars are absolutely shit man. Narrow and WAYYYYY too short. Unless you're a midget or a child? Proper form requires being able to hang without your feet touching the ground. This is a far superior setup than a trash doorframe bar.
@@gfrog8888well, it will last longer then wood in cement and earth.
@@StackTraxFitness I think his point was that $280 for a DIY pull up bar and resistance bands is a bad price point. This is also easily substituted. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
More like hours not minutes
Hours are made up of 60 what...?
@@Invictus13666 And your point is? Using common sense, minutes refer to 3-30 minutes. Not 60-300 minutes. :l
@@minecrafttryhard9069 is that some sort of nerd rule? Because I know it’s not reality.
@@Invictus13666 It's just common sense
@@minecrafttryhard9069 you keep saying that. I’m not certain you know what it means.
