Great inghts and updates
Looking at the FDA's definition, does an iphone app that does not qualify for CDS need to be cleared by the FDA for 1) billing 2) be sold directly or indirectly in a subscription? We don't think billing requires FDA clearance as a prerequisite but however have read that claims-based reimbursement for a given medical device does require clearance.
Good talk but wish there was discussion about the corporate practice of medicine, MSOs, etc.
