So many great paths for interpersonal life choices. It all boils down to one thing.. to whom do you run to? God has only desired to have a real relationship with us. Even after the decision of our great sin, he still sought us out. Oh how He loves us❤

The symbolism of a magnifying glass.. I have always told my daughters how we're all magnifying glasses. We always magnify something, whether good or bad; the important and/or the trivial. People see what we magnify in our actions and our words. Sometimes we adorn our magnifying glasses with things to bring attention to ourselves. Just remember that you can never turn it off, but you can cover it.. what will you magnify? When we focus on the fire in front of us and go into despair, we don't see God leading us through it. "There's 4 men in the fire!"...

Be mindful when asking for patience. As all of the fruits of the spirit, it must be earned and grown. So be aware when God gives you opportunities to grow in Christ, not our time or understanding. Just remember that when we want it now, it's because we want to control what is around us.

How can we walk in forgiveness yet have no mercy for others? It's really hard to hold on to life's blessings when we hold onto anger, pride, and our grievances with others.

Pastor David always has the right words ! I feel sometimes his sermon is kinda like GOD speaking directly to me 🙏

So often we're in a hurry to move on in a conversation that we don't digest everything that we're told. Instead we filter it and try to create a solution in our own understanding, without knowing the entirety of the situation. We try to rush as we do with God, we have to "be still and know that I'm the Lord your God." Trust, respect, and empathy will make us better listeners. I myself have learn to dissect and analyze what someone is saying rather than just giving them the time and attention that they deserve. Everyone deserves to be heard.🥰🥰🥰

I am watching you all from Houston Texas and I am from Abilene and I cannot believe it's that cold there it is 75° here in Houston today

This was painful to watch a seemingly faithful, educated, and articulate Pastor who lacks understanding of Christ’s Love and the Word. Your opening story with the waiter proves to me you’re just another bully and I don’t believe you’ve learned about Grace as you preached because your sermon was nothing but hate and misinformation. I’ll be sure to keep my faithful, selfless, Christian loved ones away from your teachings and your church. In the spirit of your views on gender roles, i’m a straight man who’ll continue to protect, honor and defend the faithful women and men ( gay and straight) in my life from people like you and your church. But please know that there are faithful Christians and Churches who will accept our LGBTQ+ Christian Brothers and Sisters just as they and will not deny them the Kingdom of Heaven.

Amazing, I am so moved to continue to find my identity with Christ. I’ve been wanting to come to this church but I’ve been so hesitant and it’s now that I need to just do it not only for my family and I but for Jesus Christ.
