i dont remember th frame rate dropping like that on the ps1. my friend was the speed runner at re1 at the time and i was attached to this on ps1 and n64 (including dual shock), mind you i havent really speedrunned since the first 2-3 years of its release but i am casually strolling through the vita version right now. the frame rate though.
Yeah, I ran this on the ePSXe emulator years ago. I didn't limit the fps to 60 in the settings, so that's why the frame drops are there.
