5* Herta, Jade(E6 Herta is slighter better than E0 Jade if E6 Herta is built well) RTB/Ruan Mei, Aventurine Robin has a lot of buffs, but in RM ult the res pen significantly outweighs the bonus Concerto damage, especially in 3+ enemy situations

Because a single limited E0S1 is attainable for F2P. This shows she doesn't rely on the top tier supports and is fairly independent. This is endgame content, being able to clear it with a SINGLE limited E0S1 is very good news for F2P!

Kinda, they're a subdps with supporting capabilities, they have an action advance and a teamwide crit DMG buff,the character they advance also gets an effect that deals true damage for each instance of damage they deal.

5 star March is the last rememberance charecter so she won't be out till atleast 3.5-3.6,Cyrene will probably around 3.4-3.5 since there is no leak about her release compared to the other amphoreous charecters like Mydei,Tribbie,Aglaea,Castorice, Phainon and Anaxa

izumo vs rutilant is a cosmetic diff

It is quite literally just a percentage of the damage dealt and nothing else effects it. If you have 60% True damage, it will always deal bonus damage equal to 60% of the original damage.

the point of true dmg is that it isnt rlly affected by any stats, like dmg bonus, crit, def, res, etc. so for rmcs case, the stats that affect the true dmg are the dmg stats of the dps. the buff is up to 61% true dmg for the herta, so if the herta dealt 100,000 dmg with an attack, the true dmg would deal 61,000

I'm not sure where's the mid here ? I should point out that this is the 3.0 MoC so HP Inflation is incomparable to even 2.7 one and in 2.7 one she can low cost 0-cycle btw Also at 42 Interpretation stacks on a single enemy (True sting) she deals ~170-190k DMG and that's without the ~61% True DMG from RMC in which she deals an additional 100k DMG. You also get a free 80% Crit DMG for the whole party if you have an additional Erudition unit so yea. The only thing she lacks but will get in the future is a Dedicated Erudition BiS (Similar to Jiaoqiu for Acheron) Like I said her kit is very good (For now v2, wait for v3) there's just like many did say in HSR Social media. She needs a dedicated Erudition support unit.

F2P for MAAAAANY people means just "1 5* char" and its looks like f2p=newbies... Like, if u r f2p, u need to pull only for important characters like Robin, Rm, Sunday and others, to make every of your damage dealer good, but EVERY video with F2P in title which i saw means that f2p pulling like for 1-2 characters in their life Its just absurd

@@thetitanpuiz2436 yeah is probably gonna be like how Acheron is emanator of Nihility and Nihility is debuff path(with dot thrown in) and despite that she ended up dps so maybe it be same for diamond like imagine this. Depending on how strong the shields the more damage diamond will do Also it seems based off The Herta and Acheron all emanators will require one or two characters of their path on the team. The playable emanators will all of be nukers with the non emanators just there for emotional support(and buffing and helping with big nuclear ult)

Perhaps they provide damage mitigation for their team, and then store up that damage before unleashing it with their ult

And probably Emanators has the same Izumo planars too

No crack builds. Pro weds to use signature weapon. None of these leakers are remotely good

@feixiaor it's not an abnormal build to have that much speed. Everyone can farm the wind set. But yeah that explains it.

Need for A6, pratically Doubles THE herta enhanced skill damage

Big herta needs at least one more erudition in her team so she can use 100% of her kit

she works like acheron where she needs another character of the same path to unlock her full potential

Because this is a F2P team and The Herta needs another Erudition character in the team, just like Acheron needs another Nihility. RMC is also kinda of a Harmony character
