Well done, my piece of advice, don't cross your legs while pulling up. keep a harrow position(core tight, like banana shape) it will help you in the long term...
@@inhquangle1726 no problem, keep building Ur strength till you are able to do 4x6 explosive high pull ups... take enough time to rest between sets. Bar dips 3x10... Try to get pull over on the bar you need to get a feeling of on top of the bar...get over that fear...if you see what I mean. Good luck with your bar muscle up. Keep me updated!
