Thank you for the video. I have tried this recipe and just cant seem to master it. How much apple cider vinegar did you use please.
I substituted apple-cider vinegar for bread improver (the same amount). It's all about the proving. Make sure you allow plenty of time for the dough to double in size.

Apologies for not seeing this message sooner, Hilary! I mostly work off tablets and my smart phone. From memory, the screen recorder I used is 'OBS' (Open Broadcaster Software).
