The leader Bang Chan actually picked all the members himself from other jyp trainees which was a first in K-pop overall! He trained for 7 years so the company trusted him to do it but they did the show to prove they were ready to debut. He also designed their logo. They write and produce all of their own music and have made songs for other artists as well. This song is from a special album rather than an actual comeback. There’s 3 songs as a group and then 8 solo songs that they’ve been performing on their tour that will all get their own music videos over the next 2ish weeks

3:56 no you really do not have to. Not with Big Hit. Please please please pause less and when you do rewind a few seconds too before pressing play. But please stop pausing so much, every 30-60 sec is way too much and you lose the flow of the song. I love hearing what you have to say so I'm not asking you to stop pausing all together. If you check you'll see that people who pause every 30 sec loses ARMY (BTS fandom) while the ones who react and just pause naturally and not too much are the ones with most subscribers, views and respect.

You do not need to pause or talk over the video so much when it's RM, BTS (or any BTS members solo releases), Big Hit/HYBE, their label/company is totally fine with you showing their MV's even without pausing. So please comment and give thoughts, I really appreciate hearing it and pause instead of just talking over it but also please let it play and listen and take it in and pause less, this 30sec (?) pausing is really stressful and totally disrupts/ruins the flow and feeling of the song and you totally miss out on lyrics etc too.

For those new to RM: RM is a South Korean rapper born 1994 (30 years old) and he's currently doing his 18 months mandatory military service and will be back in June 2025. RM started his military service in December 2023 so everything that has come out after Dec 2023 he recorded before he enlisted and just released after. RM's latest album, released in May 2024, a few months after he left, is called *'Right Place, Wrong Person'.* 'Around The World in a Day' is off that album and this video shows a lot of behind the scenes from the making of the album and MV's for other songs etc. If you wanna check out more from RM he released MV's to the songs 'Nuts', 'Domodachi' (feat. Little Simz), 'Groin', 'Lost', 'Credit roll' and 'Come back to me' off said album. The whole album is great and worth a listen. The album was recognized as one of the best albums of the first half of the year 2024 by Rolling Stone, Billboard, The Associated Press, and NME. Billboard wrote _"RM simply refuses to acknowledge the existence of any such boundaries over these 34 minutes, with 11 songs that careen from hip-hop to jazz to punk to R&B to Fela Kuti-styled Afrobeats - while all still sounding like a coherent and natural artistic extension of one man's creative vision"._ He also has two previous mixtapes *'RM'* released 2015 and *'Mono'* released in 2018 and another solo album called *'Indigo'* released in 2022 where he had features like Anderson Paak and Erykah Badu. He's also recorded with Warren G, Wale, Juice WRLD, Tablo of Epik High, Tiger JK, Megan Thee Stallion and Fall Out Boy, just to name a few. RM is a great songwriter so remember to *turn on the CC for English subtitles* when you check out his other work because he often switches between English and Korean. ● His name is Kim Namjoon also often called Joon. ● He went by the stage name Rap Monster before but now just RM. ● He started out as an underground rapper when he was 13, was signed to Big Hit in 2010 and is the leader of the 7 member group BTS since their debut in 2013. ● He is BTS main songwriter* and writes for other artists too and has credits as songwriter/producer on over 200 tracks. ● RM has an IQ of 148, is really into art and poetry and reads a lot which shows in his lyricism and overall work. ● IG: rkive *All BTS member are involved in writing and producing their music and all 7 (3 rappers & 4 vocalists) have released their own solo projects as singles, mixtapes and albums. Their names are Jin, SUGA/Agust D, j-hope, RM, Jimin, V and Jungkook. Rappers: SUGA aka Agust D, j-hope & RM. Vocalists: Jin, Jimin, V & Jungkook (JK). BTS will be back working as a group in 2025 when all members have been discharged from the military. As of yet only 2 members have finished their service; Jin was discharged in June 2024 and j-hope was discharged October 17th 2024, the other 5 enlisted later and will be discharged in June 2025. BTS fanbase is called ARMY.

You barely know to Rm but what you say about him its all legit .. his very talented and wise leader of Bts.please react more to Bts and all members solo works they’re very talented artist a bit different from Kpop that i knew .. that’s why i love this group so much and it’ll surprise you with this “kpop” group .. you gonna love it 💪

Actually &team is a J-pop and k-pop group under hybe label based in Japan and also they are still young and the single is all about winter vibe

This is why BTS are as big as they are... yes they're pop stars, good looking guys, fantastic dancers etc. but they also bring real musicianship, genuinely meaningful self-written lyrics, and when they perform live the energy is electric. They do have a handful of songs that are pure radio-friendly pop, but as soon as you get into the albums there are so many layers to enjoy. I recommend an early BTS song 'Hip Hop Lover' to get some insight into where they started!

Thanks for reacting! You’re 100% right that RM is a hip hop head. He started rapping as a teenager, and eventually became the first member and leader of BTS. The group actually started as a hip hop group, and they spent a lot of time studying the history and culture so that they could actually contribute to hip hop, rather than just try it on as a cool aesthetic (as you noted some other groups seem to do). I highly recommend checking out this entire album, it is incredibly good. Thank you! 💜💜💜

her stage name is Rosé (ro-zay like the wine) her nickname with friends and family is 'rosie' the other way because her full name is roseanne park. so she and people close to her call her 'rosie' but as the artist and in blackpink member her name is rosé (ro-zay). to make it even more confusing her Korean name is Chaeyoung so if you watch early blackpink content you'll hear lisa and jisoo call her chae, chang, chaeyoung.

Taehyung is a jazz fan and because of him we get to know so many korean singer which we have never heard before....si kudos to him.for giving them place to shine

NCT is the most experimental group I've seen. Their beats are different. I don't think they're a group that everyone will like, but I think they're one of the best groups in the industry. for the best dancer three names come to mind on Kpop, Ten from NCT, Taemin from SHINee and Kai from EXO, theres also younger artists that i belive are also REALLY good, Soul from P1Harmony, Ni-Ki from enhypen, Yujin from Zerobaseone and Jihoon from TWS, theres many kpop groups so i just named the first idols that came to my mind, i dont know much about girl groups tho

I appriciate your realness. I also react pretty real and honest, people dont ofton like that Kind of honesty! Rosé is a Member of BLACKPINK the Biggest Girlband right now. There are like 3-5 big Companys doing their own Kind of K-Pop with their own Twist etc. BLACKPINK is a Band by YG Entertainment for Example! There is Hybe, SM, JYP and many others. YG is known for its Dancers and Rappers. But if he got Singers they are very standing out tho. Rosé is a great Example!

Thanks for reacting to Ateez! They really are in a genre of their own. Their music has evolved over the years but definitely they have their own unique style. Just like someone else said Killing Voice is a great overview of their discography. But if you want to dive in I suggest Answer, The Real, Guerrilla, Bouncy, Crazy Form and Work. There is a long standing thread of their Lore that runs through the majority of their songs, but you dont have to know it to enjoy their songs.

You'll love Ateez, trust me. They're on a league of their own. I recommend Crazy Form, Halazia, Bouncy and Work for starters.

You might want to watch ATEEZ Killing Voice. They did sing few of their song live in that show. You can find how wide and varied their genre of music. Every comeback they will give different vibe and genre.

The song is for his/BTS fans, ARMY. He likes to use all kinds of random representation of his fans. He sings to a kid in the astronaut (the fandom was about that kid's age when he released the song) and to a fish in super tuna before btw😅. BTS mv is not that straight forward, often requires an explanations video. Army loves to search for all the Easter eggs scattered in their mv. BTS seldom sings about romantic relationship (they have love song, but not many). The only romantic relationship songs that i can think of are house of cards, 134340 (no mv for both songs, only live versions but you can find the one with English subs) or other solo songs like who, love me again and standing next to you. They do have tons of songs about other relationship though. Even their song like fake love focused on multiple types of relationship.

Unsure as to why the comments were off on the txt video but Korean "boybands" and American boybands are completely different, so many don't have the stereotypical "boy/girlband" positions. Another thing is kpop is an industry, not a genre so a rap track, r&B, or even country will be labeled under "kpop" due to the artists being known as performers called "idols" not "artists." Funny that you say you prefer txt as bts is txt's older brother group lol they're the only groups that can actually make me dance with their music. I'm not sure what genre you're into but maybe ask at the end of your videos for recommendations based off what genre you like. I'd also suggest avoid mentioning different groups in the same video as kpop stans can be extremely sensitive so it's best not to mention bts specifically, in any other video or else you'll trigger stans of other groups.

Jin is the eldest Member of BTS. He's one of 4 vocalists in the group. BTS is currently on hiatus and all the members are working on solo projects due to South Korea's mandatory Military service. Jin was discharged from the military back in June of this year. One member of BTS released in the middle of October and the rest of the members are going to be out in June of 2025. This is the main single from Jin's first solo album "Happy" that was released yesterday. I would suggest for other Jin songs "The Astronaut" and "I'll Be There"
