I work as a camera operator in my usual job and, whilst travelling around Australia, decided to pick up a camera and get some photos of where I was going. I then got bored of the photos and starting shooting bits of video to save the memories of what I did.
It's a bit of fun, and I'm throwing the results up on here. I hope you like them.
The other videos are from my time working in a US Summer Camp. Feel free to give them a watch but the jokes will probably not make sense unless you were there

Super Bowl Trip (aka Chris' Stag Do Pt 1): Miami
มุมมอง 574 ปีที่แล้ว
In life there are good ideas, bad ideas, and crazy ideas. My friend Glenn and I had one of these crazy ideas (under the influence of a few drinks, of course) back in 2017 to take a trip to Miami in early 2020 when the Super Bowl was due to take place. A few years, many more beers, a few itinerary changes, Australian visa issues and a successful marriage proposal later - we embarked on our journ...
Travels in Australia: Bairnsdale & East Gippsland
มุมมอง 4.4K4 ปีที่แล้ว
When I first arrived in Australia I went on a 4-Day welcome tour with the amazing team at Welcome To Travel. I was offered the chance, at the end of those days, to get my 88 days of work for my second year completed as soon as possible. I jumped at the chance and found myself taking a bus to Bairnsdale to become part of the first group to stay at the newly opened Bairnsdale Workers Accommodatio...
Travels In Australia: Canberra
มุมมอง 354 ปีที่แล้ว
My two big stints of travelling were bookended by trips to Australia's capital: Canberra. It's not a city many backpackers visit and I certainly put it as one of Australia's greatest hidden gems. I was lucky to be staying with my friend Stacey who leant me her car whilst she was at work and it certainly makes things so simple, as you can get from any point in Canberra to another one in just 30 ...
Travels In Australia: Sydney
มุมมอง 224 ปีที่แล้ว
It was strange to finally be visiting Sydney so far into my time abroad as I had initially come so close to going there first, until I discovered Welcome To Travel, who I again used to book my accommodation and some tours. I managed to start my time here as I always enjoy to experience a new city: with a free walking tour. On my first day I went on both the Sydney Sights and Rocks at 6pm tours ...
Travels In Australia: Magnetic Island & The Whitsundays
มุมมอง 364 ปีที่แล้ว
The beauty of Australia's East Coast didn't finish in Cairns. I found myself hopping onto a greyhound bus, followed by a ferry, and spending a few relaxed days in Magnetic Island. The beaches here are absolutely stunning, it's very quiet, and the Forts Walk is a must do if you want amazing views and to see some wildlife (I saw koalas and rock wallabies, but thankfully no Death Adders). It was a...
Travels In Australia: Cairns
มุมมอง 324 ปีที่แล้ว
After a trip to the middle of nowhere, it was time to hit the East Coast and start at the very top. The first port of call was, unsurprisingly, The Great Barrier Reef. This was my first ever attempt at snorkelling but I have had issues with a lot of my GoPro footage and, sadly, there is not much to show here. My other days saw day trips to the Atherton Tablelands for waterfalls and a rare glimp...
Travels In Australia: Melbourne
มุมมอง 284 ปีที่แล้ว
In total, I spent a lot of time in Melbourne. It was where I first arrived in Australia, where I lived for a period of time after I finished up my Groovy Grape Tours and, ultimately, where I finally departed from at the end of my year. Despite that, I didn't actually get much of it on camera - so here's a selection of some of the things I got up to across my various visits. Music: Icehouse - Gr...

Travels in Australia: Grampians & Great Ocean Road
I call East Gippsland home. But, growing up in the 1950's and 60's, I lived in Bairnsdale, Nicholson, Paynesville (3 times), Meerlieu, Eagle Point, Mallacoota, Melwood, Lindenow, Wuk Wuk, Walpa (twice)... then I left school. I've since lived all over Australia, Sth East Asia, London, St Anton - Austria, Port de La Rague and La Napoule - sth of France, St Vincent - Caribbean and now Darwin - Australia.
❤️🔥
That was an awesome video guys, I'm from Bairnsdale and that was a good representation of the area.🎉

Whats up, Jamie Clark. it's a actually inspiring video. thanks. :)
Glad you enjoyed it! I'll be uploading a new one each week for however long it takes until I run out of footage! 😂
Another good episode, though I'll admit I wanted to see onlookers watching the fight doing cultural stuff to represent the country of origin...
Okamiobidala we tried to keep it secret from the kids - but in Round 3 you can hear some of them shouting Fight!

1:43 Things take a turn for the supernatural!!! 😳😳😳 ♥️😂♥️
The benefits of shooting in a dark building with terrible cameras 😂
Your Tarantino adoration shines through just like it did at college - Nice work. Did you direct this as well as film and edit?
If it wasn't physically done on screen - I did it 😂
