I Just Cried 😶

Left my toxic and abusive parents and living w my grandparents but suffering with PTSD, anxiety disorder and depression since 3 years, got betrayed by friends, got attached to a guy who claimed to be in love w me only to treat me like shit at the end (bc there’s another girl all the way) Thank god for not getting into a relationship w him but iam so attached and so much emotionally dependent on him… Going to therapy, praying but nothing’s working. i can’t sleep, can’t eat, almost failed my exams, can’t handle this heartache and this guilt of being useless, emotionally unavailable for my grandmother is eating me alive. I have no hope.

Here me battle my own emotion all alone inside me while i am happy outside just because i am tht friend where i cant show my emotion because i am the joker of the group ...

All a dream needs to be realized is someone who believes it can be achieved.

You know what, as a 19 year old, i know this may be of no interest to no one, but i just wanted to let out that i am tired. Like, Mentally, Physically and Emotionally. I too hope for that warm **love** people think about. Some incidents in my life have made me....emotionless. I try to cry but just... cannot. Like **LITERALLY!** And the reason for it.. are my own parents and some **ex** -friends who hurt me without even thinking about the honesty and care i harbored for them. I was walking in a world of people with dark clouds in their heart, and it... hurt me. Heck, even my own parents did things... that if i could say, it would be straight out of a movie, that unfortunately people will find it hard to believe. I am just so damn...tired. I don't even have a girlfriend to comfort from. And heck again, i tried to get one 4 times, but got stabbed in the back 3 times who just pretended to be my friend, and the last one just... left me, without even speaking her mind. She was not my gf but atleast a friend who i thought could be **that** one person. She too was betrayed by someone, but she tried to comfort. With the kindness in me, i tried to console her, be her friend, in the end, she just... left. She left my college and blocked me from her socials and phone :) when i said nothing bad to hurt her already broken heart by her ex-bf :) I am in second year of my college and this was the first thing that occurred in my first year :) Guess i couldn't give her that comfort that she needed from me, and how could i? i was already... broken myself. life is strange, eh? I only have one guy friend (cuz i'm a guy too :) who i share everything but sometimes.. even his words could not provide me with that level of comfort. Music is my only medicine that helps my emotions to understand themselves. NGL, for this i even got a bit of disturbed expression, everytime i walk the roads. But i am trying to change. I want to be a person who has faith in himself, one who could help a stranger get out from the same fate he himself suffers from, a person who understands and wants to fall in love, one who revels in love. But i am still a student of life. Learning things on the go as time pass. DEAR PERSON, WHOEVER READING THIS MAY NOT SUFFER THE SAME FATE I EXPERIENCED. MAY YOUR LIFE ALWAYS BE FILLED WITH HAPPINESS, NO MATTER WHERE EVER YOU ARE. THE DARK CLOUDS THAT HANG OVER YOUR HEAD, MAY IT DISSOLVE AND THE SUN SHINE BRIGHT IN YOUR LIFE. YOU ARE NOT ALONE.
