No I found someone on campus who was helping first years find accommodation. If vele you want to find accommodation I would suggest you go to campus on the day of registrations( for the academic year), you’ll find a lot of people just outside the campus helping with registrations and accommodation, that’s how I also found my res.

Then you went to res immediately or you went back home?

@GRINDADDICTS went to res to sign your contract and get the keys, it’s then up to you if you want to move in immediately or you want to go back home and come back when the academic year starts, I chose to go back home after getting my keys and only came back mid feb

Please keep checking your application status ‘cause they don’t send and acceptance email/letter, so its very important that you check your status regularly.
