Skybar 25 on top of Villaggio Vista at Tetteh Quarshie interchange is a good place to watch the planes coming in.

Just go to the base of the Alto Tower and take the lift to the top floor. I believe it's open from lunchtime every day. As far as I know, it's not exclusive, ie anyone can go in just like a normal spot (you don't need to be a resident), but unfortunately the food and drinks are a little expensive.
Am always for Ghana is nice to have this airport but have we asked about the amount and how to pay it off we don't want they use in the name of ghana for the lone but the end of it some politicians will benefit from it ???
As a UK aviator who has observed some of the UK (and Europe's) biggest airport, this is great. However MAINTENANCE is key. There's no point if 12 months from now this becomes a freeforall.

Before you go through the money was borrow from Europe and American. Where is the benefits government getting since the airport was established? ? Bad leaders every day and night government borrow money from Europe and American after send all the money back to their account in Europe American and Asia ooooooo Ghana ooooooo my people oooooooo my country. Just to help you out on this one only. The financing of this new terminal, like their other improvement works over the years since GACL as a limited company was established, was borne by GACL itself. It is a profitable company and has been for some time over its 11 years of existence. Not one peswa came from any where else. It had financing backed by African banks, Ecobank and African Development Bank (AFD), but construction was by the Turkish company MNA Mappa - who used a lot of local firms and suppliers too and per the terms the contract. On this one dierr, it was quite well funded locally and not born by the government. I think we could do more of such funding models going forward too.
Looks fantastic - I can't wait to use Terminal 3. But please remember that the customer service for visitors also needs to be first class! Last time I arrived in Ghana after a 6 hour flight from London, I spent the next 2 hours queuing to get through immigration. That first impression of a great country can really put off business people and tourists.
