We build this car just for 4 weeks it was very hard for us but finally we make this beast. It has portal axle with 44” tires.

Im figuring a transfer case mounted backwards on a transmission locked in 4x4 seems easier with this set up im just wonder how happy that drive shaft is

Truck would be good for hauling loads of gravel or dirt !
All you need to do is cut out the back of the fist diff and add another pinion with a driveshaft mount on it and beef up the new pinions support area with good steal. the new pinion will mate up with the ring gear in the first diff and transfer the rotation to the rear diff. It don't take a genius to do that just a good welder. You will need to machine a new cover system with pressed in bearings and it will stick out the back a bit but it will be just like a semi tractor diff system only smaller. The drive shaft between the two is the least of the fabrication process.
RUINS MARS I believe the Engineering thought includes the ability to disengage the 2nd axle in certain situations. Plus, installing an additional pinion is not trivial for the typical fabricator. Some serious machining and bearing placement necessary for a reliable end product.

Heavy duty trucks have a far more complex system that involves a third differential allow for better driving characteristics on pavement and less tire wear. What you're describing would require a special ring gear with gear teeth on both sides.
Doesn't work like that. The second pinion that you're talking about would spin backwards
