@Brkymg to get Spark to float, I took a clean plate of the background, and then one with Spark. Then I erased the rig holding him...Every. Single. Frame. And if you're talking about the animation side of things, it's a lot of practice with the 12 principles of animation, like easing in and out of movements, follow through, arcs, etc. I especially played around with arcs animating Guilty Spark, if you look closer, you'll notice that sometimes he moves in a C or an S like arc instead of straight across. It's all about experimenting with those principles in mind.

@haloblokbuster7991 thanks, it's shot at 15 Fps, and the software I use is dragonframe, but I only use it for my camera. The software doesn't matter in terms of how smooth it was, it's all animation techniques like easing in and easing out, arcs, etc.

How did it look so smooth?

@battlexproductions-pt3ve I eased in and out between movements, so like when a character is doing something, I'll increase the space between frames more and more and then decrease the space at the end of the movement

Not sure what kind of help specifically your asking for, but I could give a few tips. It's all about practice, testing a lot out of your comfort zone. Focus on easing in and easing out on your animation, I'd look up the principles of animation to learn more about it.

There's a site called the sounds resource, it's the first thing that pops up when I looked up Halo 3 or Halo Reach sounds library. Should have most of the files from the game
