WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR INTERRUPTING THESE GREAT RADIO DRAMAS WITH MEANINGLESS MUSIC - AND WHY DOESNT YOU TUBE DO ANYTHING TO STOP IT?????

JBs stories always have a deeper meaning, Moral or social justice elements. This was confusing but enjoyable. Needy women immoral men. I loved it simply for the diction displayed by the actor playing Ingram. Overacting by the female playing Poni who must have been at least mid-thirties.

Quite a few slips by the cast that were left in the recording, but what a good story

What ads. Must have u tube premium & can listen without any of those headaches. It is worth the cost. To listen to Paul & Steve adventures nonstop.

At around 2:15 there is proof that brittish radio was using racial slurs on air and had no problem with it. I noticed that in other old plays too. This makes them very dated.

What idiot allowed this excellent play to be completely ruined by the rubbish music drowning out the dialogue towards the end of the play? Amateurish effort.

Enjoyable play though I found the class bias of that time galling. Working class victims would not have received the same deferential treatment
