    Great video, mate! I just bought a standing punching bag and that's exactly the content I was looking for. Thank you! What kind of warm up do you recommend for such a work out? Do I even need to warm up? How often should I do the work out? Great dnb tunes in your videos btw!

      @@bubbleworld4172 Nice one, thank you for the support. I would do 10-20 controlled single reps for each strike as your warm up, maybe some shoulder rotation exercises too before you start. You can do the drill one day on, one day off as a good way to get into to it. Are you training in a class too or are you training only at home?

      @@strikewisdom Thank you! I'm training kickboxing in a class on monday and wednesday. I also do calisthenics 4 - 5 times a week (upper lower split) and some yoga every day. So far I usually do a few rounds of punching bag training before my calisthenics training. I love hitting my punching bag, especially since I got one of these rubber box dummy heads I can put on the bag (hitting his chin with a hook is so satifying 🤣). I've been thinking about doing several very short and easy rounds of training on the punching bag throughout the day to improve my technique, similar to the greasing the groove method in weight training. What do you think? My goals are to improve my technique and get better cardio.

      @@bubbleworld4172 That sounds like a decent ammount of training you have in your routine. I think yoga and calisthenics are both excellent additions to your workout too, they'll help you loads with your martial arts training. All practice is beneficial and will definitely help you with your cardio and technique. Just make sure you're practicing with correct technique. Keep up the good work!
