Extremely rare CMQ SD40-2Fs lead Q165 in Brooklyn Heights, OH!
This was filmed back in June of 2020. Pair of Central Maine and Quebec (CMQ) EMD SD40-2Fs power Q165 on a extremely rare occasion as the original CP leader had some issues in Canada. Also in the consist was the heritage SD70ACu, added for a nice bonus. This had to be one of the craziest events to transpire this year. Enjoy the video!

Special visitor from the Canadian Pacific roamed out east on train 66X across the Ohio state with quite the attraction all over. CP 7020 was on point most of the way until it reached Bellevue where it was required to tag on a NS unit for cab signal policy east of Cleveland. Enjoy the video! Been a long time since I posted anything here, haven't felt the urge to upload much on youtube, not that I haven't been seeing trains. I am more into shooting trains with my other camera and posting on my Instagram page, (justwatchingtrains is my profile). So stay tuned, I plan to have more content here and there. Enjoy the video! CP 7023 (Air Force Tribute) SD70ACu leads Q165 through Berea, OH!
มุมมอง 2235 ปีที่แล้ว
(12/5/19) Yesterday's Q165 from Buffalo, NY to Chicago, IL had a special veteran unit in the lead, CP 7023. It's one of 5 Canadian Navy painted tribute ACu's that were released back in November. Regardless of it being nighttime, it was still pretty awesome seeing one of these things in person. Thanks for watching!
NS 25N with Ferromex power in Bellevue, OH
มุมมอง 2865 ปีที่แล้ว
(11/10/17) Went to Bellevue yesterday for a bit, caught a few good trains in the mix. Here was 25N arriving into Bellevue after a brief stop just short of the crossing. Power was NS 8091 and FXE 4068, an SD70ACe. Pretty uncommon to seeing south of the border visitors up this north. Thanks for watching!

NS 14N with two ex-Conrail SD60Is trailing dead in tow! - Berea, OH
มุมมอง 1925 ปีที่แล้ว
(11/2/19) Got heads up this morning about 2 ex Conrail SD60Is dead-in-tow on 14N about an hour away. I drove to Berea where it would be best to capture them. Both 6733 and 6719 were trailing last with some of their parts already moved, pretty sad sight for sure. Gonna miss these units. Thanks for watching!
Two Inbound trains at Bellevue, OH - NS 4005 and rare GP59!
มุมมอง 2135 ปีที่แล้ว
(10/26/19) I went out to Bellevue "hotspot" for the first time this past Saturday for a few hours. Only seen two inbound manifests, and some local which I didn't included. The first train I saw had NS 4005 in the lead, one of 5 special painted C6Ms, which was actually kinda neat to see on point rather than in the trail mode. Also note the GP59 ex-SOU on the other train. It's pretty uncommon to ...

UP 1988 MTK leads NS 553 into Cleveland, OH on the Chicago Line
มุมมอง 4365 ปีที่แล้ว
(10/21/19) For the second time in a row, UP 1988, the Katy heritage, shows up again on the NS coal loads to Shire Oaks, PA in the lead. It was a really pleasant sight seeing it this far out east with no NS power in sight, but once in town, it would require some sort of cab signal leader to lead further on. Thanks for watching!

(10/16/19) I was at work when this train passed and I had no other option, but to use my phone for the shot I could get, so I apologize for any shakiness. (10/5/19) I took a one day trip to Altoona yesterday for the first time, seen a ton of interesting stuff including SD60 types, SD70s, F units, SD80s, even the Gorail 6963 in storage, and much more. definitely a place I'd for sure come back visit again in the future. Anyway, here we set up on the overpass along the Pittsburgh line in Cassandra awaiting 21V with 1065 S&A in the lead. This is the ...

Southern Pacific 4449 is my favorite train great catches and video of its holiday express
Nice catch
That’s because Westbound trains come from Canada which is a CP line that transport the load from Canada to the USA border
I think it’s a M instead of a Q
A surprise to be sure, but a welcome one. Sorry I had to. Also, when exactly was this? And do you know anyway I could film something like this. How often is this? When do they usually happen?
Wicked catch! I remember this and wish i had gone after it but i bet there was foam everywhere, lol.
Great catch Andrey!

Love that Prime beacon and the classification lights turned on
Railroad Paparazzi of tacoma would enjoy Learing more about DPU's
Awesome stuff! I railfanned here when I lived in Toledo. It was really busy. Millbury is a good spot to watch trains at.
Fire in train...why
That rail at looks like it’s about ready to turn into scrap as well
If this is scrap, then there is literally no problem here. It was going to be melted and the burnable fraction would burn in any case.
2:49 BNSF We Deliver Fire.
Cool!
Nice catch on the F59PHI! Don't see a lot of those guys anymore.
I actually live in OC and we were here and we actually saw a few chargers, we were looking on a schedule one day and we saw a 6:24pm train and a 6:35pm train. The 6:35 one came but the 6:24 one never came. Did it get canceled or is it just me?
Nice p5
Super Union Pacific theme ost
Cool video we really did get to see a ton of paint scheme's in that era. Equipment is likely from the 1st Stryker Brigade Combat Team; 2nd Infantry Division returning to Joint Base Lewis McChord from National Training Center Rotation 18-06. What very cool is that a rare HEMTT LHS truck with ERE S80T Tactical Bridge Layer is shown @ 9:23 mark. To be honest its the only time I've seen one on a US military train. I know there was talk about purchasing them but never saw an announcement. Plus with all the military train movements I've watched I don't ever recall seeing another.
Hi, great catch, BUT, I'M an AVGEEK first and foremost, just getting into railroad vids, all though I love all forms of transportation. My question; When video starts, crew member chill8ng on front of engine, like nothings going on; engine is running, fire burning, then they casually move it to area for F.D. to reach ,(?) I'm so confused. Why didn't they uncouple engine after that, just in case fire spread from next car to engine??? Are engines expendable in situation like this? Please, someone out there help me understand. Thanks.
Be more interesting if was old wooden car 🙄
Like 23 Wonderful train. Iam already suscribe in your channel. Getting from argentina
Incredible thumbnail you stole from me, lovely action in Stevenson
Wise said, I will continue to steal thumbnails from you until you take legal action against me in the court of law. I will see you there
I would say that car got darn hot!
Amazing video. Location Vancouver, Wa
Does Clifford Baylor still work for BNSF railway as an engineer?
My home town.
Could be magnesium hard to put out
Oh cool they made dash 8 freight cars
Arto pavos los bomberos, se demoraron casi 10 minutos en tirar el chorro de agua para apagar el fuego. Ese carro ya es perdida total porque está todo fundido, por la demora de los bomberos.
strangely satisfying.
Samsung phone in trash
thats danger right there the shouldn't until the fire is out
I'm just curious why wasn't the rest of the train disconnected from the car that was on fire? I would have done that before the fire catches the other 2 cars on fire
How did this happen?
the 3 stooges fire department
But I ordered TWO cars of flaming scrap. At least they tried.
Undo the engine..
Undo the rail car that's on fire..
The 19 is on Fire ! Hey thats Shacks Train !!!!
Big YAWN!
Ok we don't need the csb bell
when you see the rainbow the fire is out...
How does scrap metal catch on fire?
Oils, grease, tiny bits of rubber, foam, and plastic. There's lots of stuff to burn.
They spent more water on one burning trash car then on 1000 acre California wildfire.
How come they didnt disconnect the power, to protect it from damage?
After ten minutes let's decide to sit around and laugh and then throw some water on it!!....Congrats!! Wouldn't want to be down wind in that neighborhood.
they should have pulled it into downtown Seattle and let it burn itself out.
