Question about the white paint on the cats lair....does it scuff if you put figures in it? Curious on how well it will last with time.

I feel so mad with myself! I never got to get Snarf and he’s the only Thundercat I need to complete the team. Unfortunately that won’t be possible until maybe they create a deluxe version cuz it’s now ridiculous on EBay. Sigh 😔

I just opened mine and am really impressed. He is a good bit smaller than Snarf and I am so glad he is as that was my biggest fear of them being the same size. You won’t be disappointed. I just put in a second order one for shelf and one for the cats lair. I actually almost wish this was the size of Snarf to begin with. If you wanted to you could take off the belt and just him as a smaller Snarf. Scared face looks great if you take off the belt and make him Snarf instead. Tail fringe would be off model though. I’m happy with this figure even though it’s still priced too high.

Now they need to remake Tygra and Pumyra, that these figures Tygra came missing his elbow pad and Pumyra was still bigger than Cheetara.

The rings are restraints. His wrists and neck can have them attached, they’re story specific to the New Thundera arc.

This is a huge deviation from the renders. In my opinion every new wave that come out looks cheaper and cheaper. But saying that, I hope they redo Tygra and Cheetara in the future.

I think neither this new version or the 2020's photorealistic version is the best one. To me the best version is the first that come out in 2012, it has the best anakin headsculpt by far among the three and probably one of the best Anakin's headsculpts in this scale (meanwhile the new one looks more like Patrick Jane or Tom Holland than Hayden). Also this new one is too thick (which I can get is because the armor was presented like this in the Ahsoka series, but in TCW and tales of the jedi it looked more skiny and I liked it more that way), meanwhile the 2012 figure, along with it's 2020 re-release have a skinnier body which I think suits better the character (I mean, Anakin has muscles, but it's not that bulky, so his armor's adaptation in Ahsoka series always seemed a bit off to me. It's a shame the 2012 figure is obviosuly not in production anymore and it's price is so high.

That's just Luke's reaction when he saw the election results. I'm glad they didn't cut his torso in the middle and just applied the articulation on the waist cut. They should do that to every figure moving forward.

That is a very great thundercats playset and this alot different from the original one that i used to have back in 1988 and my original one back then i played with it so much and back in 1990 the electronics wore out and i was 4 years old back in 1988 and now I'm 40 years old and i hope one day when i save some money i would like to have this thundercats playset and it's very cool and it brings back great memories when i was a little kid growing up and i have the thundercats cartoon series on dvd and i will be watching it tomorrow and i haven't watched in over a year and I'm just getting settled from moving in my new apartment and now i will have some time to watch all the cartoons classics like thundercats g.i.joe transformers Master's of the universe and Voltron will be the next dvd i will buy and watch and now i hope that super 7 can do the tigersharks figures just like the original ones from 1987 and that would be a fun toy line also but this cats lair is huge and the only thing about having something that big is need much bigger room and a large basement to display it just like last year's he man origins eturnia playset and that is also very big and huge and the cats lair is one of the best playsets that came out this year.

I'm glad you're happy with it. Personally, I passed because I figured the Thundertank wouldn't fit in the paw. At first, I was super excited, but for all that money and space it consumes, it should definitely hold the tank in the paw. Just my opinion.

Got mine several days ago. Box is taken down in pieces and in the recycle bin. The smaller of the 2 boxes is up in my storage rack in the garage. This behemoth of a play set fit perfectly in one of my 2 toy rooms. Looks good and happy it worked out great.
