Welcome to Havelock Towers, a historic building in Sunderland with a rich and varied past. Built in 1886, it originally served as a boys' home, housing orphans, felons, and children from the workhouse. Over the years, it has also functioned as a military hospital during World War I, a tuberculosis hospice, and a home for unmarried mothers.
HAUNTING NIGHTS
Today, Havelock Towers is home to the Deptford and Millfield Community Association, the largest community centre in Sunderland. Located at 270 Hylton Road, SR4 7XJ, the centre offers a variety of rooms for hire, including a large hall with a full stage and a fully equipped kitchen. Regular activities include tabletop games, indoor bowls, card craft, dance classes, Zumba, karate, theatre company rehearsals, and youth clubs.

The building is also known for its paranormal activity, attracting ghost hunters and enthusiasts. Reports include feelings of heaviness or dizziness, doors slamming shut on their own, cold spots, objects moving, shadows in the corridors, and the sounds of children yelling and crying. This place is a true gem, rich with history and full of mystery. Paranormal Findings All Below: 2:25:20 Evp Captured when I ask Alice if i Can Enter Her Office And You Hear a fait Yes. This same, yes is heard at 2:28:20 (the male sound is me riterating what i just heard on evp. BEFORE you hear me listern and you can hear the female tone wispering yes. Hence, why i have in the moment live, repeated it. 2 different occasions same tone, female responds intelergently. (Great find Paranormal Investigator Gordy)

That EVP of Alice saying “Yes” was amazing I couldn’t believe it at 2:28:26, honestly I’ve never heard anything like it and also you got some amazing ones on the spirit box. What about cleansing through breathwork? For example: when I empathize with people (which just happens without effort) whether they are alive or not, sometimes their emotions stay in my ‘system’, because I haven’t realized it’s not mine to begin with. When I finally realize it I say : ‘this isn’t mine’ and I put an energetic shower over myself, saying ‘I let it rain I clear it out’.
@1976sammy hi there. The notion of cleansing, Is a humanistic process implemented into practices due to poor teachings and bad understandings. I would work on your understanding to bypass any need of any form of cleansing as it is a necessary use of your energy
