Dont use a t30 like he did the throttle bodies are held on using #5 hex you will most likely round out the inside of the bolt using t30s

Yes they are and they good for the price , the clear coat on them eventually will peal off after a year and a few
thought the spark plugs come pre gapped

I got it all together and back to how it was just never filmed the process , took me about 4 months to do since i only worked on it on weekends

Got a 03 with 46,000 original miles for sale
I plan to use mine as a project car as well. Scour youtube for ideas. It's come handy so far to replace my tie rods, inner tie rod, control arm and compression arm. Did those for the very first time ever! --04 g35 base black with tan interior.
Clean sedan with low miles👌6mt would be a cool project. Picked up an 04 z vlsd recently and play with the idea of 6mt swapping from time to time.

Which viscosity and brand of engine oil are you using on your VQ?! (Am running synthetic 5W30 on my 35HR because am scared of engine oil pressure issue or so due to using thicker engine oil such as 5W40 although i want to use thicker one..)
I have a 2004 G35 Sedan with 104,900 miles automatic transmission. Wanted a manual but decided to just stay auto and find an HR 6sp manual. keep both as well.

Bro thank you so much for recording this vide after all. I know you considered not recording, but I'm glad you did even though it made the repair take much longer probably then you needed it to. Your going to save a lot of people some money for sure with this video, lots of respect for that. Hope you keep making videos in the future man and feel good about it. Was easily able to change my coils with no troubles because of this video.

I’m guessing not because from experience uneven tire wear on a g35x can hurt your car
Coilovers should be fine but i would call Z1
This normally happens when u run staggered wheels

What’s the OE part number of spark plugs and spark coils for VQ35HR?
For coil packs i used “Hitachi” which is the closest thing you can get to oem used them for both Gs and they run fine , spark plugs i went with OEM “Denso iridium “ spark plug which you can get at autozone or anywhere else

Do you disconnect the negative battery terminal before replacing spark plugs of spark coilsv
Yes disconnect the battery b4 doing anything electrical with the car

I got a 2003 Infiniti G-35 with 128,000 miles recently got it. Its white in the exterior with beige interior came with the original window sticker, all the dealerships service history and all the owners manuals
