My library has this machine. My question is some they run for me come out brand new. Others “look better” but tilting in light still have scratches all over. What’s the reason? Is it the operator messing something up, or simple as some just need 2 cycles? For 22k machine I’d think this thing can make even the worst scratched dvds look new.. or am I setting my expectations too high? Don’t want to insult library staff so doing research before I bring it up to them. If you can give any input I’d be thankful!
Have you used the Blu-ray function on the auto smart machine for Wii U PS3 PS4 excetera? I have the autosmart. I couldn't afford the master but haven't tried out the Blu-ray function yet. Wondering how it performed. Thanks.
Hello, quick question about this machine. If using different levels of sanding in 50 discs. What does the machine do when its runs out of uses on a certain pad mid-stack.
Keeps going.. there is no card…. There is 6 different pads.. from super course to polishing pad.. there is a separate pad for blue rays… if it doesn’t do it right then you will just have to run it through again or just discard the disc if it is too bad
@@jtfrank2006 hello, yes I understand this. The sanding pads last for 50 discs. Say you run 30 discs at level 3, then put in another 50 discs at level 3. Will it pause the running after 20 of those discs or keep using the same pad until the end
@@jakdobbins it doesn’t stop.. it just goes.. when it’s out of disc you can program it turn off
@@jakdobbins you will have problems with quality running that many discs without charge outs
@@jakdobbins you also run the risk of the pad falling apart then it’s like a glue substance on everything.. pain in the ass to clean and the discs are ruined
Hey man! I have a question about removing the polish line for cleaning but you don’t have comments allowed on your videos. I’m having a hard time figuring out how to disconnect the line connector that’s under the spin table
You use an Allen wrench in the center of the spin table and take it off.. then you can disconnect the line from the table once it is free.. the line also connects near the lid opening at the bottom.. it’s easier to blow out the line with those parts disconnected..
@@jtfrank2006 what’s the best way to open the plastic connectors on the tube?
@@rustypainter6272 I just use my hands to unscrew them from the pump, you may have to use metal crescent wrench to get it started.. it’s plastic so you have to be careful.. it’s also a Japanese gauge so you will have to order from elm eco if they break (Home Depot will be the wrong size.. I tried that before for the tubing)
@@jtfrank2006 what about the connectors on the tube? You showed one removed at about :54 on your clogged tube video, but I can’t figure out how to remove those
