What happens when it’s one sided. You are getting all of this information but the other person does not know or care to gain this valuable knowledge in the relationship and you figure they don’t because they don’t implement these principles and it’s one sided.

So true with my business I never really had a plan just trust in God and put in the work figuring things out one step at a time. Once I got to a certain point I wrote down all the steps necessary for the business to run so I could visualize them and make notes / adjustments and a mission statement but these things came after the business not before.

That’s the worst advice I’ve heard on this topic. The man don’t like you, you’re a placeholder and it’s time to move on. Leave him and work on yourself.
