Be careful with PSA slabs for thicker cards. They keep changing their slabs and some of the slabs can damage thicker cards because they keep changing their slab design.

As some of the other breakers say “Get Picky” when it comes to your submissions for grading. Know which cards to grade and not to grade. Then Inspect them, clean them and inspect again. Put them in the sleeves and inspect once again. My overall ratio of 10:<10 is about 55:45. But my last 2 submissions are closer to 80:20. Got a really good feeling my current submission is going to be about 75:25. There’s nothing more demoralizing during your reveal than your sub 10s, even all 9s, outpacing your Gem Mint 10s. 😅

ADVICE… Dont grade common cards. It’s POINTLESS. Ask anyone… 👍🏻🤷🏼♂️

Nice reveal Mac, I like the different eras and contrarian plays mixed in. Especially enjoy seeing the HTA Ichiro, those have to be bricked to oblivion at this point, even in set. Thanks for sharing the info on the Archives Judge, I may have to send in mine next order!

Although many of the grades fell short on what you expected and missed the window on selling some of the ultra modern cards, you always have a few big fish in the order that more than make up for grading fees. Unbelievable sub. How in the world do you find such clean copy’s of cards 5 years or older? I simply cannot believe it!
@@sirbergmann3831 it’s definitely becoming a tough task for all of us. So many cards have been looked at for grading the past 4 years.
I only GEM one card per order when I send to PSA. But all my cards are from the 90s.

Great stuff, Mac! They finally nailed you on a Fleer Ortiz, you've been crushing it on those. I agree, the WS is disappointing. I wasn't expecting that, the rest of the playoffs was great. Small ball, Yankees, or it's over. Judge needs to stop pulling the ball 3 games ago as well. Enjoyed the reveal, well done!
@@blixcards appreciate you! Judge is in a real bad spot. Strike out after strike out. Small ball for sure. The only person on that team that should be swinging for the fences is Stanton. I don’t think he’s capable of slowing down that swing anyway haha. The playoffs were definitely super entertaining though.
