at 29:45 would I be easier to just like click a body part then followed by the "A" command on the keyboard then press "I" wouldn't that be easier?

May I ask if there's any way of layering the character's face features? For an example, my character has bangs and they cover the eyebrows, is there a way to move the eyebrows in front of the bangs?
