What if I feel it in the fibula. Back of my knee on the side
Thanks for this. I'm told this is great for SI patients.
Much easier than messing with the bar
Thank you❤
Should lower back be flat on ground or in normal curve while hugging the knee?
Your volume sucks.
But isn't that putting weight on my knees?
At starting the moment he says "this machine" double press forward, again ull hear this machine
bad form
i love your videos
How effective do ya’ll find this machine? Thanks in advance.
abdominal crunch machine or cable ab crunch?
Estoy por comprar esa máquina y tenía mis dudas, gracias a la clara explicación, y gran funcionalidad la voy a comprar 👍
u
Thanks
Pro tip don't lock your knees/joints out as this will cause hyperextention and damage ligaments and tendons. Causing long term chronic pain.
Thank you, excellent 👏🏻
I can't squat with a regular barbell. Always end up with back/knee issues. More power to those who can. This machine is an excellent alternative.
I am not a fan of this machine and maybe it’s because I am not using it correctly. In the past we had a machine that you could easily feel the results.
Thicc like oatmeal
perfect leg spread
Good job 👍
Good job 👍 👍
nice
I suffered a back injury with the first exercise. A month without training 😢
Plastic body had a small chip when th-cam.com/users/postUgkxUHHotQRjIQnfuxEeVotlkHVYWH0DXZoS I opened from box- would have sent back but it works well- using for warming up before exercising from full knee replacement- also use several times during day to keep movement easy. Sturdy, easy to use, easy to assemble (instructions didn’t match but easy to put together). Getting the same movement as the warm up bike at PT. Would suggest to order before surgery so you have it home ready to use when you can!!! Doesn’t take up a lot of space-not heavy so easy to move- not using for arms but I think it would work just as well
What is the wight if dont use plates
It seems with most (not all) brands it is around 25 kg (55 lbs).
wondrfull exercise !
This is a great schtretch. I used a schtrap and had some trouble getting my leg schtraight but I schtill got a schtrong schtrech in my hamschtring.
I used this exact machine for the first time today and initially felt sooo bloody dumb with my back facing away from the machine but I’m now confident that we all suffered this emotional damage! Excellent tutorial. One thing I would say is that I can’t seem to get very low, or don’t seem to have the confidence. Do you think simply because the weight is too high and/or foot position. I realistically only used to goblet squat so can’t accurately compare the depth with a much lower weight.
You sound like someone who would benefit from a couple months with a trainer.
Great video! Kind of tough to hear the narrator but informative!
Should my neck and back be completely against the back,, I can’t reach it if I try to crunch and go back 😅😅??? (I’m beginner to gym )
Will try this. Thank you.
He started out facing away from the back pad and I really thought I made myself look dumb using this machine yesterday. Then he turned around 😅
What does this work??
Glute med
Keep your head up!
The hammer strength version of this is much better in my opinion
What does it look like, I'm not sure my gym has it
Whyyy locking should at feet??? Until now I have been afraid to use this machine with heavy weight. But thanks for the tutorial! I'll try tomorrow.
Can I hold a weight to benefit myself?
I just joined a gym with one and I couldn't even fit in it lol. Im 6'1 350 weightlifter. Big but in good shape. Feel like if you're over 5'10 250 lbs it's not for you.
wow you're tall.
Height is not a problem with this machine. But weight might be if you want to put your back against the pad.
L
i hate the bar squat because it hurts my traps a fucking lot if I put a lot of weight, so this machine is literally perfect to me. I´m doing 130kg on it and i never did that on the squat bar.
How high the seat should be??
Knee high, if you listened that’s what he says
This not the optimal correct form
Hi, can you please tell us what you think is wrong with this persons form?
good
He pulls his neck down everytime, which is not good form. Smh
Giving himself a bj
excellent video. quick and to the point
It’s not good at all to stretch your legs completely through with every sqaut. You should keep them slightly bent! It’s necessary to protect your knees and the kneecap!!
Bro i feel so dumb i wish i watched this sooner. I never used the machine before and thought there would just be a lever on the side to re-rack it. I started to panic when I realized that that wasn’t the case after my set. I had to weasel my way out from under cause I couldn’t figure out the foot lever thing. I didn’t want to spend more time trying to figure it out and risk attracting more attention so I just gtfo of there as nonchalant as I could. Not gonna lie I don’t want to show my face in there again lol. Needed to tell this to someone cause I’m for damn sure not sharing this with someone I know.
I just had the same experience in my gym 😂 I hate that machine so bad
Yeah that locking mechanism doesn’t seem to be common sense lol. They should have better instructions on the machine
you're not alone lol, i was just luckier because a gym staff was nearby and i ask him how to rerack the machine
That's why I choose to squat without this machine 🥲
This just happened me right now
Great job buddy!
