4000 Mass was the hidden Jewel just blocks from National Cathedral.
Now we are having issues with local management and owner/corporate services
I do not want to be involved, but the retaliatory actions to reduce services for laundry make it impossible to turn a blind eye.
Laundry Room Hours
Effective December 9, 2024, 4000 Mass Ave Apartments is under Temporary Covid Expanded Hours. Laura Berney sent message March 2020 extending Laundry Room Hours 24 hours Daily to provide extra spacing for residents.
Mgmt has never rescinded 24 Hours Temporary expansion. There was a two month trial (Return to PreCovid 7:30am-10pm).
Nope, didn't work.
