Moving the D9G out of the way. My first upload. More to follow if this works!
Fantastic ❤❤❤
Thanks 🤗
Sounds bloody good to me. Spent a lot of years operating 9G's very tough reliable dozer.
The valve clearances are super critical on these engines for cold start.
Best cold start of a d9 on here. I keep coming back to listen. Just right letting her warm up on her own not forcing it.
I love the G model with a pony. i agree this the best start, let tha big six warm up.
What a beautiful sound
Clint Walker: Well where's the D9'er? The D9'er:
Love the sound of those old pre combustion Cat engines. Would love a day in the seat of a D9g or h
Not long enough, but still like your work!
O bichão ronca bonito
Brings back memories, luv the engine music!
very good beautiful truck
What an old sweetheart!!
That's what I'm starting to sound like in a.m.
Are you wearing a Hurlen Construction jacket?!
Yes, I ran crane for them in Southeast Alaska. They had already been bought out by ACC though.
I worked for them too. I was a deck engineer. I served my apprenticeship there.
That's the best taking care of it cold start I've seen yet , love to have that machine .
how boring
I used to love the shake and rattle of a 9G on a frosty morning.
Superrrr
Miss that sound

I put many, many long hours in operating the D9 G, both with a standard dozer and as a push cat with the Peterson Cushioned Push Dozer for pushing 631b scrapers..
Greetings from Argentina 🇦🇷 @vidaserrana
This is mechanical white noise for me. I always start falling asleep
Like the way those old slow rpm engines sound. Sounds like power I ran a D9G AND D9H an D9L. D9L had a 3412 in it you can't beat a D353 sound
Thanks Dale. I love my D353!
HO AVUTO IL PIACERE DI LAVORARE CON IL BULLDOZER D9!!!!!!!!.
I would love that sound as a ring tone on my phone!!
I can help if you have an Android! Search 'ytmp3' on Google and click on the website. Paste this link into the url slot it gives you and download it. Close the ad window that pops up and give it a minute or two to download. Then you can find an online audio trimmer online if you want to trim it, or you could go to your ringtones, hit the '+' and it should bring you to all of your saved audio files. Choose the latest one (which should be the sound of the bulldozer) and tap it. It will show up in your ringtones and you can select it! I did this with a couple funny lines from GrayStillPlays lol
Smoke cleared right up and smoothed out after she got a little heat in her.
that's the way you do it let it idle and find its own way
LOL armchair operators trying to tell you how to do your job cracks me up, nice Dozer by the way seems to run good.
Thank goodness somebody not revving it to death cold. That’s how you should do it rattle a while till she smooths up nice old machine.
Thanks for the comment. My dad taught me at a young age to not abuse the equipment.
Great video, she needs some heat so nice and slow is the key. Let her come up on her own. No rush ... nice job....
@@cletusphaight306 give it a bit more revs ,doesn't do it any good idling with low oil pressure, come up 3 ,4 hundred, gets more oil splashing up to the cylinders slowing down cylinder wear ,Glad your not screaming it that makes me cringe, Happy Motoring
@@cletusphaight306 absolutely, not only that, you get to experience the true sound of an extremely cold piece of machinery, coming to life, and finding the sweet spot as it warms up. A cold start never lies.
Stand back, we found Killdozer! (1974 Horror Movie)
Google said killdozer was a kamatsu?
@@Vance_Nickerson It may be telling you about the armored bulldozer that some nutcase used to destroy a town years ago. The Killdozer from the movie was an ealry 1970's Caterpillar D9G
Thank you makes sense now. Just saw the movie last year and couldn't remember.
@@Angie-dh5gr Which is why you have to take everything on the internet with a grain of salt lol I know it's a D9G and I also know they welded a piece on top of the blade to make it look bigger and lengthened the smokestack so it could be knocked off in the shovel scene
@@dozerfarms I thought it was a D9E in the film?
let that beast warm up before you put any fuel to it, should last a very long time that way. Nice dozer lets see more sir.
derek D
cam we buy it
Schönes Video, super Maschinensound, danke!
Lol she sounds a little cold
Last a long let her warm up
Work her not hard last a long time
Fin bitch you have their
