Honestly it's not really worth the effort of setting this all up because the JSRF's performance sucks. The game crashes randomly and it has a graphical lighting spikes/flashes that make the game unplayable in my opinion. I made this tutorial because I figured it would be easier than the written guide by itself. I thought we would find a way to fix the graphical glitches at some point but I don't think it's happened yet unfortunately.

I’m getting a “failed to retrieve the command line arguments to launch the new emulation process” message when I launch the .xbe file

I'm having that same issue in which the emulato rmenu isn't visible in Gaming mode, plus it hangs on the first loading screen indefinitely--still moving and not frozen, but never progressing. Any idea what's up with that?

yo man, ive managed to get every step to work perfectly and it runs perfectly in desktop mode but whenever i switch to handheld / gaming mode cxbx reloaded doesnt show a menu bar so im not able to launch the game is there any fixes for this?

For anyone finding this vid like I did while trying to set this up, the argument to start with the xbe loaded uses the executables path as root. So f.ex. my cxbx is on my SD card under /run/media/mmcblk0p1/Xbox/cxbx.exe. The xbe is at /run/media/mmcblk0p1/Xbox/Games/JSRF/ . So my argument looks like this: ./Games/JSFR/default.xbe That way cxbx finds it when booting from Gaming Mode
