My therapist made me practice crying a few years ago. It was the most ridiculous thing I’ve ever done 😅 BUT, now I cry more easily and it’s better; I can just let it out sometimes and then move on instead of stuffing it down.

My swift and ball winder don’t always play well together either, but I heard a tip from Stacy on the very pink knits podcast who recommends winding yarn twice - once from the swift and again from that initial cake.
