I wish you showed taking the parts apart would of been super helpful
Can you tell me what type of battery it takes thank u
Did it ever fix the problem
Yes that was the problem on that one.
Put soapy water on it and it'll go easy.
Yell. I know. It was a spare of moment thing.
Thank you for this video, it was the PCV valve that went bad on my smart, saved me not only money but time also!
Glad it help you. Thank you for watching my videos.
Can you use polyurethane foam
I really don't know. That's good question. I guess you could.
looks like BS to me.
I really don't care what it looks like to you.
I got the same problem !!! Even more smoke than that
Is it blue smoke or white
I try a PVC first. It's a pretty good job but it's better then pulling motor. If you can get it out with it in the car.
@@thomas1971ish it’s white!

@@rogergomez4494 are you lose water

Yes
Cool I just bought one smoking like crazy mayb that is what is wrong with it
Make sure it's oil and not antifreeze.
These smart easy to have this issue because gear changing from 1st to 2nd is slow. If driver not pay attention and take off hard but not listen to engine rpm (if stuck in first gear, slow gear change) and cause over 3500 rpm. Will have head gasket issue. Must ease the gas pedal when hear high engine rpm.
Just completed doing this mod to my transfer case, thanks for the idea! Got all the sprockets and chain from Tractor Supply. #40 chain and a 12 tooth sprocket for the little one and a 24 tooth sprocket for the big one. Used a friends lathe to turn down the original gears into hubs for the new sprockets, pressed the sprockets onto the new hubs and welded in place.
Your welcome. Did it do ok.
@@thomas1971ish I'll let you know when I get it back in the cart this weekend.
@@phoneguin ok. Thanks.
@@thomas1971ish Finally got it in today, seems to run great. Had a bit of an issue because of that post on the case that had to be cut off. Didn't see it the first time putting the case back together and crimped the chain. Then I realized the chain was just a hair too short so had to put in a half link to get everything to line up. But it's in and all runnin now. Thanks again! Now to figure out how to rebuild one of the CV joints on the front.
I'm glad to hear that it's up and going.
nice work, how long did the replacement take. i think i am going to replace mine to.... have water comming out of my exhaust.... alot of water :)
You could do it in a weekend if you had all the parts
@@thomas1971ish okey thx alot.. can it be done by one man or is four hands needed.
@@baltazar0007 I did it myself but it's a job.
Nice job.
Thank you.
Thanks my friend, Great build.Very few could get there hot enough with out blowing air into The burn chamber. Also you did a great job welding. I,m a retired tool & die maker. I noticed That, Great job.
Thank you.
Thomas I love the build you did. What diameter pipe did you use going from your burn chamber rotor to the tank? Looks maybe 6 inch, but it,s hard to tell on videos
Thanks It was 6in. And Quarter inch thick. It's some good heat. For a shop.
That's smart I had never thought about just using a flat plane.... I have a big metal shop table that I could use to do this with and just scoot the head back and forth why have I not thought of this...
Thanks. It probably work great on your table. Thanks for watching.

nice! what front hitch receiver did you use? could you have gone underneath the bumper?
I just bought the square tubing for a hitch and mounted it to a big old piece of c channel and cut through the bumper but you could go under the bumper if you wanted to
@@thomas1971ish thanks!
So is the fan supposed to run all the time?
No it's just a safety thing in case the fire goes out your fan doesn't sit there and just cool your stove off
I got a 750 that leaks at full water level
I wonder if the leak is way up on the stove or just a slow leak and when you get it full the pressure pushes it on our

I have a 2007 Go-4 with a blown rear seal. I like your video 1-4. Did you make a video past #4? Did the Guards you made solve the problem?
Yes it fixed it. A rear main I never had one of them to blow out
Thank You! That's a ingenious fix.@@thomas1971ish

Nice job I’m in the process now
I am using this on a 25cc Craftsman weedeater that takes universal attachments🌀 allabout.wiki/Sun-Joe? The-setup-was-slightly-annoying-because it was overly difficult to get the chain on the bar/gear. I read some reviews talking about this thing leaking a lot of bar oil, but it honestly does not leak any more than my 3 other full size real saws. Once set up this things been pretty awesome. I moved to a very overgrown property in southern Missouri and this thing has been a huge help with getting stuff cleaned up. My first test cut was on a low hanging walnut tree branch about 5" in diameter and it cut through like butter. I have so far successfully brought down walnut, oak, locust thorn and those cigar tree branches (whatever they're called) up to 7 or 8 inches in diameter with no issue.....other random brush is gone in seconds. Pop the cover every once in a while to check for debris and make sure to tighten the fresh chain every so often as they tend to stretch a bit. Only time I've bogged down while cutting is when i forgot to open the choke on my power head after getting started lol. I've used this quite a few times now since receiving and have had no problems. I can easily recommend this product to anyone needing a cost effective tool for trimming trees or even basic saw tasks around a home/property. Worth every penny so far.
Thanks for watching my channel
I lowered my trucc & now tire is poking out I think this wat I need to do
It's not as hard as it looks. Just take your time and you be ok. Thanks for watching my video
Ive been tinkering with 1, I got it to run fine on its regular oil, but cant make it pump used engine oil out at all, i oulled the nozzle, took the nozzle apart, the passageways are so small. Guess ill need a pree heater and boil it.. great video
Thanks. Don't give up. You'll get it tuned in
Yep it thins it down. Some people mix in a little gas but you have to be real careful with that
I am impressed of how you were able to sand the head with out taking it to the machine shop, fantastic
Thank you.
Great work for an unsupported engine. I've seen quite a few of these with this issue. Next time I suggest; 1) When lapping a surface (sanding the head), move in ALL directions, including circular; -not 'liner' in one direction as was seen. 2) Didn't observe any carbon build-up at the top of the stroke in the bore (top edge of top-ring travel), but for those doing a head gasket in the future: Do NOT remove that Carbon lip unless you're installing new rings. Why? That's the 'seal' developed by wear, and the existing rings. Sure, it seems 'neat' to make it all clean... but the result is increased oil usage in the future. 3) Consider doing a compression check when in the diagnostic mode so as to better focus on just where the 'leak' might be; a very small longitudinal crack can show-up in cylinder liner. Future owners be aware: this car is transferring to an ALL ELECTRIC model made in China; -this motor will very soon be completely unsupported.
Would you be interested in doing another rebuild? I have a taylor stove that needs done.
I just don't have the time to rebuild. them anymore. I'd be more then happy to help you. If you want to rebuild it. When I have time
brother mines go forward but not go back, give it enough gas and before long I slowly starts to reverse until it fully catches, whats wrong
You may have a reverse band out
How did you accomplish that?
I used something that you use like on BBQ grills where you can read it from the inside we rigged it up on it wood stove
Hi what diameter pipe did you use for inside the beam and tie rods? I am following your steps, you made a great how to video.
Sorry I didn't get back to you. Wife been in the hospital right of hand I don't remember what I used Im sorry.
That's a great idea! I may try this thanks for sharing.
