Good information. First - I would like to commend all of you for doing such selfless service. May all of you be blessed. There has to a "trustworthy grassroot organisation "that should be in charge. Donot trust the sikligars to take care of their fellowmen. Donot give in cash.- only give in kind. Spend on doing Sikh parchar in these areas. For this- there has to be effort made by the Shromani Committee too.- teach kirtan , teach Punjabi, have samagams, train granthis-train Sikhligar granthis Also- give incentive for 100% attendance in schools. (-only let them know they will be rewarded initially-) otherwise with so much corruption-teachers can be bought. Have scholarships for those Gursikh students who want to pursue further education .-make it a criteria that they in turn have to help their fellow Sikligar Sikhs -to qualify for these scholarships. Donot give free money- if they are interested in a trade- they should work in that field first- donot give them free machinery. -rent it to them. If they give up- confiscate them. Went to Nanded in 2019. - met a cab driver- said that these Sikligars are not like Punjabi Sikhs- they lie and cheat. Of course- I was hoping that is not true. We cannot give up on them .
