From my experience as a 7 and observing other 7s, we tend to reach for things that will dumb us down in order to feel more grounded, especially around other people. Alcohol and other depressant type vices are definitely not good one for us. I think cannabis is great if we're in a good headspace. The word marijuana even adds up to 7 👌
