An update for people who may not know but I was able to find an article about this situation. The guy who is punching the kid is Timothy Churnovic who is around 30 years old I believe and the kid who was being assaulted was 15 at the time of the video. Timothy was charged for the incident was then further charged for another domestic violence incident at his home and it seems like he might be serving jail time. Just an all around sad situation that didn’t need to happen but luckily this pathetic man is being punished for it

yea the guy overreacted with the punching but that was a hard hit you cant tell me that wasnt intentional. He was overtaken by the first guy while they where already both turning you can here the tires squealing on his grip limit and then the third guy just plowed into this driver when be should have slowed and fell in directly behind. if he would have slowed down he would have had a shallower line into the next turn and overtook this angry mf’r anyway. Its a racing incident to begin with and no where intentional. His left front wheel rode up the banked curve because he was trying to stay tight to the apex. That would allow him to get by the Mr. Gopro if he possibly could. However he rode the curve to close and it forced him to go hard right and directly into Mr. Gopro. Instead of being an ahole and over reacting he could have just pulled back on and keep going and not even losing his place. The other kart had already passed him anyways. By stopping and assaulting the other kid he lost everything and possibly banned from the track. How stupid can you be.
