It's not about the car is about how we press the gas cause conventional gearbox is different same as the cvt transmission. It doesn't have to floor all the way to get the speed. It as a secret technic to press the gas.

bad? its one of the best designs imo, the shape is the same as the boxer engine, everything you need is there, it has an analog look (which is perfect for the 86, since it's literally made to be one of the last analog experiences in a new car) and it's just perfect. what more would you want? anything overly done wouldn't fit the simplicity of the car
